Ordered the sheets from Royal Hotel, but received royal tradition sheets instead. Per correspondence with Royal Hotel, they said there is no difference in quality or physical difference between the two brands. They did offer to substitute royal hotel sheets for the ones I received but to avoid having to mail back-and-forth before I receive my sheets, I’m going to keep these and see how they work out. I did ask why they have two different brand names for the same sheet and never got an answer. I was told that royal traditions is their sister brand. To me, that usually means that the sister brand may not be quite up to par is the main brand. I will say I have received Royal Tradition in the past, and they worked out fine, so I will assume these should be the same quality. Will update post in the future after washing and using the sheets for a while. I ordered the color tan and they are very pretty, almost more like a beige color. ... show more

I was super-excited to order and receive these sheets - the reviews were decent and the color and style were exactly what I was looking for. I was pleased when I opened them up. They are deep and I couldn't wait to try them on our bed. I opened them, washed them (cold water), dried them (heat setting low), and put them on the bed. Unfortunately, they were ripped in one corner just along (but not quite on) the seam. I debated whether I should just send them back (a bit of a hassle) or stitch them up myself (a little bit less of a hassle) and decided to stitch them up myself. I've kept them on the bed for the week - and I really find them comfortable, so my review is mixed. Five stars for comfort, style, deep pockets. One for purchasing new sheets with a rip along the corner seam that I will have to sew. I'd hesitate to order again because I wouldn't want to get another ripped set, but it doesn't seem like that's the usual case. I think I was just unlucky. Edit to add: I received an email from the company after they read my review and they replaced the sheets for free. I changed the 2-star review to a five star review because they fixed the only complaint I had about the sheets. In retrospect, I should have just contacted the company because their customer service was excellent. Thank you - you made it better and I would be happy to order from this company in the future! ... show more

    • Love the sheets but the price went up in less than a year
I'm getting ready to buy another set in a different color and was surprised to see that the price went up $10 from Sept 2019, less than a year ago. My husband had a stroke so we went to an adjustable bed and I ordered a set of these sheets. We are very pleased with them BUT not happy to see the price increased in less than 6 months. We are on a fixed income so this was a bit of a splurge to start with so now I'm not sure what I'm going to do. I see a lot of sheets on Amazon with great ratings and a lot cheaper. I trust the brand since we have a set already and love them but just feel they are over priced. I would give this 5 stars all around if the price was more reasonable.     • They work well for the split top king but are overpriced
I will start with the likes: They fit my Split Top Cal King bed and stay on really well. They are not very soft but I didn't expect them to be since they are cotton but I really like cotton sheets. They washed well and didn't shrink, actually they are a bit on on larger size. My only dislike: The price. I've bought LOTS of sheets and these are simply overpriced. There is nothing spectacular about these sheets other than they fit on the split top mattress. I'd guess that the higher price is because they can get away with it. If you buy Split Top sheets from the bed manufacturer they are VERY VERY overpriced so perhaps the seller can get away with selling these sheets at a higher cost because their price compared to the bed store prices seems low.     • Separate pillow cases don't match the sets

I purchased separate standard-sized pillow cases in addition to buying a sage set. Just a heads up that the color didn't match the set. I ended up keeping mine because they were needed (and it was too much of a hassle to return them), but I'm not thrilled about the color.

This is my 3rd set of these sheets. I love them so much, I ordered them for my RV. I get very hot while sleeping and these keep me cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They are soft right out of the pack, but after you wash them they feel even better. They aren't the kind that stick to you, like the microfiber ones. They don't ball up either. I have washed my two sets every week and they still look new. ... show more

Good deal for money but the set was missing one of the the two pillow cases. Thickness is medium heavy (good) Softness is okay after 3 washes. Sheets bunch up a bit. A little loose on top surfase. These are the 1st sheets I have had for this new bed so this could be a common problem. Bed is a sleep number i8 flextop. Update. I have had these sheets for 2 years. No problems, no tares and no fading. I wash them normal in warm water and dry low. Even though they recommend cold water I've had no issues. 2 years is a long time for any set of sheets these are thick and comfortable. ... show more
