This table is fantastic. It’s great quality and looks amazing. It’s even larger than it seems from the photos but here’s the problem. It took an experienced Handyman I hired one hour to build it. Literally I’m not exaggerating. He does that for a living and it took him forever because there was 400 screws and 58 parts. So while they get an A+ in the quality for assembly they get an F minus by not making it more simple to put together. And I’m not talking IKEA difficulty. This goes way beyond that to a whole new level of monotony and mental discipline. Clearly, if they spent five minutes with their engineers, they could figure out a dozen better ways to put this in the customers hands more joyfully. You’ve been warned. Good luck.

This is a table. It’s very tall. I actually didn’t put on the bottom legs so it’s not as tall. Had to attach some stoppers to the hollow metal legs so wouldn’t damage anything. Table looks nice. Definitely a pain to put together. Probably wouldn’t have been possible if didn’t use special hand drill as stuff wasn’t really lining up and the spots were too tight for a regular drill. If you can put it together it’s worth it and if you want a tall table this is it. Comes with nuts and bolts to put together and a wrench.

The most notable feature of any table is its top. Though the main listing photo appears at first glance and even zoomed in, as a smooth top without no edge seams, the actual product actually has four separate pieces and there is no veneered edge to cover the seams. With no evidence of package damage, ours came with the pieces gouged and scratched and, even worse, totally impossible to align or fit tightly. We did our best, trying rearranging them or strong-arming them. It needs serious DIY work. It would be easier to make my own top and finish it than to get these four damaged pieces to line up. I believe this will prove to be too common an experience with purchasers. As a result, this High Pub Table is dodgy and mediocre at best. The table is wobbly and unstable, possibly due in part due to the misaligned top. The uneven joints and wobbly footing makes the overall piece look and feel extremely cheap. We think we'll put out on the covered deck or maybe in the garage. The workmanship on this piece is not worth the $50. Save your time and money and go find something else.
