So I love this bag. I use it for school and everything. It’s wonderful, spacious, and seems to be pretty durable. The only complaint I have is that the fabric on the inside of the front zipper pockets gets caught in the zipper- but that’s not really anything they can control. It’s got so many pockets- I’ve yet to figure out what to put in some of them and I forget which pocket I put things in. I’ve been using it for roughly a month now and let me tell you, I fill this thing up, and It’s always heavy. None of the straps are coming loose or fraying around the edges. It’s all around probably the best purchase I’ve made from Amazon and I highly recommend it. Update I bought this bag in September 2021 and it has seen some things for sure. I have used it every day since I bought it (almost 2 years later), the large zipper has become weak and the vinyl/pleather has begun to deteriorate in several areas around the shoulder straps. The seam along side the hanging loop has started to fall apart and come undone. Its been rained on, put through the extremes of summer and winter, and has lasted longer than any other amazon bag I’ve got. I will be ordering another one because of its versatility and size. I am able to fit everything in it, and through most of the time I have used it, I have empty pockets (because there are just so many). The lining on the inside of the bag has held up flawlessly… which is usually my area of most concern, I have a tendency of throwing in pens or pencils and they create holes in the lining of most bags. I utilize the studded strap across the front all of the time, and it is able to handle the weight of all of my stuff (books, tablets, supplies, etc.). Only con I have is the shoulder strap. The clip that holds it to the bag snapped after ~9 weeks. I only used the strap less than half of the time it was carried, and not often with a lot of weight inside of the bag. Otherwise, it's very well stitched and sturdy.

Update 4/11/23: I got this in the dark blue and there was a stronger, fish-like smell that I didn't experience on the AB Pink or Dark Green, but I've smelled much worse on other bags. The blue is very denim-like, which I love. The Fern Green was too close in tone and color to the Dark Green so I ended up returning it. It is only very slightly lighter in color. Update 4/4/23: I tried this bag again in the green color (darker one) and aside from a few small threads poking out, it was absolutely PERFECT! This green is such a great alternative to black or gray as an everyday neutral. I'm waiting for the AB Pink to arrive next. These may be worth starting a collection for because, for years, I've been looking for a backpack purse that doesn't require me to downsize what I carry every day or change out of my go-to organizer. This is the first one I've tried that fits the bill. My large 11-pocket nylon purse organizer from Timewall fits great. It's one of those tapered ones that is about 12 inches at the bottom and 15 inches at the top. Last thing: there was no strong or repulsive smell on this green bag! This bag is such a great massive size and shape, but the A-Red was dull in color and there were loose threads everywhere and areas where you can see the panels ripping away from each other. The A-Purple one...oh man, the color is absolutely positively LOVELY! I fell HARD for that ON SIGHT and immediately picked up my Bridawn organizer from my current bag and put it in the purple backpack. The shape it took was absolute perfection. But then when I looked at it closer, I noticed the same loose threads and pulling away of the panels, and even small scratches where the color was removed to reveal the material underneath. I was so disappointed!!! I really wanted to be able to use it for a conference I'm attending this weekend and am saddened that it was in such poor condition :(. The material on the Purple was softer and more malleable than the Red. The Red was stiffer and more structured. I'm considering trying again for the Purple in the hopes that I will get one in better condition. Note: these backpacks are pretty heavy when empty.
