Wanted to ditch my heavy wallet and go with a purse that would accommodate cash and credit cards as well as my phone and papers I might need to carry. This one is working well for me. I don't use a tablet but I think I could fit one in here as I've carried a large paper back book. The 6 card slots feel very tight at first buy after a few days of use they accommodate 2-3 cards each without being loose. 8-1/2 X 11" papers travel well if folded in half. The purse itself is light weight. At first I didn't like the shiny shoulder strap but it is very comfortable. I bought a similar purse at the same time but sent it back as I preferred this one, mainly because of the light weight yet big enough to accommodate everything I might want to carry with me. It seems well made. The only con I have is that and inside pouch was divided into two with stitching that ripped loose in just two days but the larger, single pouch I'm left with is secure and just fine, ... show more

This is a fantastic, sturdy and stylish cross-body travel bag! I purchased last-minute for my trip to France and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and features of this bag. It has several pockets for helping to keep things organized and lots of space to store a variety of items. The strap is wide and comfortable, though I didn't think the material quite matched the bag style. I wasn't a huge fan of the tassel - I kept tucking it into the pocket, but I liked the clip which attached to it - I'd clip to the zippers as an added measure of protection in the train stations. The magnetic snap on the front pocket is very powerful - almost too powerful - and a bit less-sturdy than I'd like. Half of the snap pull out of the faux-leather fabric when unsnapping a few times - but thankfully its a simple fastener so I was able to quickly and easily repair without need for special tools or a sewing kit. Bag was a little heavier than I'd expected, but that is likely due to the sturdy faux-leather fabric, and that fabric held up very well to heavy use with minimal marking or scratching. I will keep this purse, but there is very little room in the credit card area. It’s so tight I had to make them fit “portrait” instead of “landscape” or I could never get them out. The main area also is not as roomy as they make it look. Also, I am having to buy a new strap as the nylon one will not even stay on my shoulder. I understand that it’s a crossbody, but there are times that you just need to put it on your shoulder, and this does not work. ... show more

It is a soft leather with zippers that open and close easily. Easy access to everything inside. The zipper pocket inside for change is difficult to reach into as it is somewhat small. I wanted to downsize what I have been using in the past for purses. BUT, I didn't want it to be so small that I would be frustrated. This is the perfect size. It has so many pockets and spaces that everything fits nicely and is easy to find. I also stays sleek even when full. My only complaint is the strap. I know fabric straps are in style, and this one is nice, but if I was using this for a business meeting I would want another strap that is similar to the bag. I have ordered one on Amazon, but it hasn't arrived yet. The current strap does lay flat and is comfortable to wear cross body. I am also trying not to buy leather. I love this purse! So many pockets to store your items in, and plenty of room within each pocket. The front pocket is great to use as a wallet, if you need it. My large wallet fits great in the main top pocket, so I still carry it. The only downside is wishing the strap could be extended longer. Me being 5'10" has the purse at full extension hitting my hip, and I prefer it to be a few inches lower than that. I love this bag. It is lightweight and has good organization, especially the front wallet. The wide strap is comfortable. I have tried many handbags to try to reduce the weight on my neck and shoulders and this has all the room I need without being a large bag like I had been used to carrying. I really like the wallet being on the outside of the purse, but still secure with a zipper. I don't have to dig through my purse to find my wallet then try to get it back in. Lots of places to put things and seems to be durable. I would buy it again in a different color!
