  • Very happy with these fender flares! Very happy with these fender flares!
My husband got these for our Jeep Rubicon 392, he has been through two other brands of fender flares that were $1,200-$1,600 dollars and the just imploded with some help from trail 16 at Windrock offroading park in TN. He took these through trail 16 and they survived! They are sturdy fit closer to the body then the other sets were. He also had no problem installing them. It's a little easier to swallow a loss of $300 than thousands. But so far they are working out perfectly. ... show more

  • Need angle grinder and 25/64 hole is too big for nutserts.
Bought last year and just installing now. Terrible purchase but now I’m stuck. Doesn’t say you need an angle grinder to remove brackets on front. 25/64 drill bit is too big for the nutserts. Had to bore out the 25/64 hole and move into m8 nutserts. Horrible and frustrating.

  • A rough country fan but DONT BUY THESE!
I own many rough Country products for my JL wrangler and have been more than happy but don’t recommend these whatsoever. I love the idea of a plastic fender (better to rip a fender than damage the body if off-roading) but the thinness to the product is terrible. The outer lip of the fender plastic is almost as thin as a human hair, you can grab them with your fingertips and bend the plastic just buy rubbing your fingers together. Not sure how they let this design get out of the door. The longevity of this product will be months at most before needing to buy another companies product… ... show more

  • The most accurate review on this fender. The most accurate review on this fender.
All the comments I read wasn’t enough to not buy these fenders. 3 stars because it does look good once it’s installed, but the process to get it done its not easy. To the ones that will not read this entire review here is the tool list you’ll need: -Allen wrenches 4mm - nut setter tool - 25/64 metal drill bit - 8mm and 10mm socket - washers. -blue loctite (not red) -nylon pry bar - grinder with a metal cutting disk (yes you need to remove the existing tabs) - new fender liners. Removing factory fender is not complicated, make sure to wash it first, the existing inner fender liner does not work with this fender, so you’ll need a new liner, fender is a flimsy single layer of plastic, probably won’t last years but we will see, the holes do not line up the jeep holes, so expect to drill newer holes, make sure to drip some loctite on the screws and a washer. LED lights works good. The existing metal tabs on jeep has to be removed otherwise you cannot install these fenders. Took me 1 1/2 hours to get front driver side installed, tbh that’s all that got installed today, I wouldn’t buy again… ... show more

  • Not worth it. Waste of time and money
What the post doesnt tell you is you will need to cut off the two hinges that hold the DRLs on the frame. If you were to change the fenders out again in the future and dont have the hinges, you will need to have them welded on. In my opinion, these are very expensive plastic fenders. Spend the extra money and go with something else. ... show more

  • Does not fit
Returned item. You have to cut off brackets on the jeep for these to fit properly. This information is not listed anywhere for this item

  • You have to buy a full set of four if you have to replace one piece
Rough Country will only sell full sets so if you have any damage you have to buy a full set to replace one. That's a garbage policy, you are taking your chances if you purchase from them.
