was initially concerned about ride quality, surprised that it didn't change the ride at all, just gave me more height. had one ball joint in upper control arm start to squeak recently that was still within the 1 year warranty. less than 5 minutes on the phone and new one on the way already. Great kit but the bolts included witch are intended to hold on the brake line and ABS wire to the new upper control arm are not the correct size. Had to use zip ties until I could get to the hardware store and purchase the correct ones. Also, the instructions are absolutely horrible. They completely skipped the steps on installing the new torsion keys. If it weren't for youtube people doing how-to videos we would have been lost. Disappointing that such a well-know company can't even provide proper instructions. ... show more

Fit great on a 2004 GMC 25500HD. Lifted it maybe even more than advertised... Wanted a bigger lift kit but really this is more than I expected. Works great.

good ride quality, but when installing some of the instructions are not up to date, no cotter pin for control arm nut, ect. Installed ourselves and then had alignment done.

Kit was missing one of the rear lift blocks. I called Rough Country, figured they'd just ship me one. Nope. Their answer was for me to ship the whole kit back and wait for a replacement. I explained that my truck was already disassembled and that I couldn't wait two weeks or so for it to come in, also I live in a remote area of Alaska and would have to make a special trip at great expense just to get it to UPS. He offered to sell me a rear block, $189. Thanks for nothing. I ordered a complete rear lift kit from another manufacturer for half that amount and it arrived in just a few days. Customer service can turn a 5 star review into a one star and vice versa. I've bought a ton of rough country products over the years, I'm done. ... show more
