This is significantly thinner than my other melamine cooking spoon. I do like that it’s smaller so fits in our camper drawer easily, but I don’t really trust it to handle hot foods for prolonged periods. It serves its purpose. I use it and don’t hate it, but I don’t love it either.

I’ve had this same sized spoon for over 20 years. It is my favourite mixing spoon and it’s been used so much I was afraid it might give up the ghost someday in the middle of cooking. I was thrilled to find the same spoon on Amazon! My original one is navy and it still looks pretty good, however the light colours do stain eventually...curry dyes the white ones yellow! ... show more
