When my Pendant necklace arrived it was inside an appropriate shipping package. The Pendant and Chain were Gift Boxed which added to the protection of my purchase. Upon opening I was Pleased to see the Size of the Pendant was Suitable for a Woman to wear. The Intricate design of the pendant is Beautiful. Unfortunately, the Chain is Chintzy (Cheap) for such a Gorgeous pendant. I had a very hard time disconnecting the Spring Clasp from the Tiny Jumper-ring. This Pendant Deserves a Chain with a Nice Lobster-Claw Clasp and Larger Jumper-ring for the Least amount of Difficulty in Connecting and Removing (Wearability). I’ve already Replaced the Chain with a Better one. I’ve actually been Collecting Cheap Gold Chains from Online Necklace Purchases. Other than Sitting in a Box, I really don’t know what to do with them. I Always Consider the Cost of my Purchase Calculating in the Chain. I’m Finding Out The Hard Way, Not to Figure the Chain Into The Total Cost. ... show more

This necklace is very pretty, it reminds me of an enchanted necklace you might find in a high fantasy RPG such as Oblivion or Skyrim. It's not that large, others have posted pictures. The gold chain part is quite small and intricate, and the design on the gemstone is also quite intricate. My gf says it's her favorite necklace, and it's in a perfect price range to make anybody happy with receiving it as a big ticket item without a big ticket price tag. ... show more

Chain is Way too small. It’s so small actually, it’s even hard to see the lasp to open it. Actually the pendant itself is tiny. I cannot believe this was $400. Then I look at other Ross and Simmons jewelry and it’s all over priced. Save your money and buy something else for half the price. I wish now I would have not bought it but it’s a Christmas present and Christmas is tomorrow so can’t do anything about it now. Maybe she won’t like it, then I’ll have a reason to return it and can get my money back! ... show more
