So I haven’t used this enough yet—but it is high quality. I don’t know if it’s an intended design feature—but you can fill the tray with some rubbing alcohol and place the roller in it and spin the head through the alcohol before rinsing off in hot water!

I’ve been using the derma rollers for a little over 2 months now (for hair loss) and I feel like I’m starting to see some small baby hairs. I’ve also started using minoxidil and a rice water spray for a month which is supposed to help with hair loss. They say it could take 3 months to start seeing a difference so it may be too soon to tell, but I can say the hair loss hasn’t gotten any worse since using those products.
