I really love these boots. They do look like the photo and are pretty comfortable to wear. Do take in account you will have to break them in as with any shoe or boot.

This is my second pair of Roper Boots.. The first pair is the Americana flag version which I absolutely love and adore. These however are even better! Not only are they exactly as pictured the detail is actually like a raised velvet. In addition the zippered side makes them so amazing and easy to get on!!! I struggle with the original pair that I have, of the American flag version, to get them around my ankle but I still wear them and Love them. I bought these to wear under my gown at a wedding and they are so beautiful and comfortable and the fit is perfect! Mine are a size 8.5 - perfect fit, and exactly as I had expected!! These are my new riding boots. I love everything about them. Soft, comfortable, light weight, color and design. No break in period needed. Ready to wear and go. I do not like real leather boots. Too hard on my feet, heavy and cumbersome. I Love Ropers. My other riding boots are Ropers as well and from the first day they felt as soft and comfortable as bedroom slipper. And they take a good beating and keep working. I take a 10 but I was worried they may not slip on easy so I got 11. 10 1/2 would have been perfect 11 is a little roomy but thats ok. Now I can wear thicker socks when its cold out. I Never give five on a product this time I did. Cant wait to order another Roper design ... show more

Exactly as pictured I love them! True to size. I ordered an 11 and they fit perfectly. Just an FYI they are more of a suede look rather than sleek leather but that is what I was looking for.
