I purchased these boots on 3 April 2022, ROPER Men's Mesh Boat Shoe. I give the Boots a 5 Star rating as of today. They are very comfortable, they fit very well. They come as advertised on the website. The price isn’t too bad, I do wish that they were lower. So far, I haven’t had any problems with these boots. I don’t wear them every day so I can only judge them based on my casual wear. Based on the reviews, it is hard to make a decision on getting them. I will say this, these boots are not made for working in the field or used as a pair of work boots with steel toes. Nor for welding. These boots are for the casual dress. So, if you buy these boots for an outside working profession, you probably won’t get your money’s worth. They are soft leather. So be sensible when you are deciding on the proper boots to get based on your job profession. I will come back with a new rating in a few months. ... show more

Loved these boots when they first came in. However, after wearing them for awhile, they started to disintegrate. They are no way close to the normal "Roper" quality. I've bought Roper for years and have really liked them in the past. These are NOT the usual boots I purchased in the past. I feel like they're not even worth ever buying again. In fact, I may never buy Roper again! If they had been made from cardboard they would have probably held up better! ... show more

These are not made of leather…. But… holy dam they a comfortable. They are basically western gym shoes. I love em though. They look good good and feel like good. I wear them in the house and only in the house

Beyond disappointed in roper as a whole. After the experience with these "boots" I won't even glance at their brand going forward . Embarrassing they take pride in products that literally (have plenty of pics to prove) fall apart at the seams after months .
