1.Good looking boots overall for the money! 2. The sizing was spot on! 3. Quality and longevity concerns But with being said this is my experience, The pictures I posted are from two days after Christmas when we received the boots.(which stunk because it was supposed to be here on the 22nd.) the first two pictures are boots we received the third is the stock photo. I wanted to reach out to the manufacturer before posting my review they weren’t helpful and brushed me off! So in my book that’s another negative. I let my daughter decide if she wanted to keep them or send them back thru Amazon considering that was the main thing she ask for Christmas. She choose to keep her boots even though in my opinion they looked like they had either been worn or had a manufacturer defect! I will be glad to update with any changes!

First of all these are not the correct color, I thought I was getting the white top with the ostrich look but I received classic leather with brown tops, I was not happy about that at all, but as you can see I gave 5 stars!! I gave 5 stars because these are the MOST COMFORTABLE BOOTS EVER!!! I've worn cowboy boots for over 20 years, bull riding, working on the farm, to weddings, to church, hell even to the beach, and these boots are heavenly on the feet, right out of the box!!! If these boots weren't so comfortable I'd send them back and get the correct color but I dont want to take them off so im going to keep them. ***EDIT*** these boots are junk, within a month the fake leather was peeling off and now they are completely junk.

Product looks nice, and fits well, but the sole already came apart from the shoe. Teenage boy wore them almost everyday, so that goes to show they were worn… but we’ve only had them for a couple of months.

I work at a horse ranch where I take people on trail rides, and this is exactly what I needed. Good support which makes my feet comfortable in stirrups while riding. Sturdy enough for physical, dirty jobs. I also love that these are synthetic leather because I’m vegan.

We had taken him to western wear stores to try on boots so we knew what size to order. I didn't want to pay $200 for a pair of boots that would not be worn that often or could get ruined in 2 weeks at camp. These served the purpose. When they arrived they were as stated, when he put them on they were very wide. We fixed that with a simple sneaker insert to take up some of the width and got a heavier sock. The length was right on though and they don't come in any narrower width.

Highly disappointed, we ordered the 1st which is the black and dark tan and received a completely different boot! I thought it was a simply mistake! I contacted the boot barn via message and they responded if I didn’t like it send it back! I was completely taken back!! There is absolutely no support in the my son was so upset! Lesson learned so things are just best buying in person !!!
