Buying this mirror for my bathroom was a great decision. It looks great, and has some great features. It makes it easier to put my makeup on with the built in light around the rim. I also love how it has a defogging feature, which has always been a little pet peeve of mine. It was very easy to install as well.     • What an absolute nightmare

These mirrors have been an absolute nightmare for me. I bought two of them for my salon and have had nothing but trouble. I have tried to reach out to the company with no support or replies. The first set of mirrors I ordered, I received one mirror and one yurt. Something I didn't even order. I returned it and expected an exchange but Amazon wouldn't honor an exchange because the price had increased. I had to wait a month to get a refund on an item I never received, and spent hours fighting to remind them, this was not my mistake nor had I ever even received the item! I re ordered the mirror and paid the price difference. Then the second mirror I received did not turn on once installed. It has three settings and the first setting doesn't light up. I called amazon once more and they refused to do an exchange because once again, the company upped the price by over 100 dollars. They told me I had to reach out to the company in regards with the warranty on the product. I have sent emails and waited for responses and nothing has come back in. Now I have one beautiful mirror and one mirror that doesn't work with the first light setting, only the dim and warm light. Absolutely not what I want in a salon. I am so frustrated. I really wanted to love this mirror but the buttons are so obnoxious. They’re much bigger and higher than in the picture advertised, and because of the shelf placement in my bathroom, the buttons cover my face. I wish I could find a round option with side buttons. The mirror is beautiful and has worked great for the first 6 months. Now, it won’t turn off. I know i’m past the return window, so what do I do. I had them hard wired in, so to replace it I’ll have to hire an electrician again. I don’t see anywhere to ask the seller what I should do. With it being on 24/7, it going to burn out ... show more
