This is a case of getting what you pay for, so I went with three stars. I needed something like this for light duty, and it works for that. Unless you want to put tools for jewelry, gnusmithing, knitting, sewing, and other lightweight jobs, you probably want to get something better. The biggest issue is their packing. It's not even half decent build quality. Super thin housing. NOT FOR HEAVY TOOLS! Barely safe for a drawer full of wrenches. I had to add two plates to the casters on the front because the drawer slides don't shut snug. Drawers are very loose, and on a slightly uneven surface facing forward all the drawers will open on they're OWN!!!! I ended up loading this with light duty things and went to Harbor Freight for a decent inexpensive box. ... show more

I needed a cart with drawers for a home office. I'm running out of space and this cart fit perfectly up against the side of a 2 drawer 26" file cabinet leaving enough room to access a wall outlet. I have set up/put together many cabinets/tool chests similar to this but none have been this easy. the parts that need to be attached have preinstalled threaded inserts that eliminate trying to stick your hand in a small space to place a nut. The shipping box was well padded with molded styrofoam and the cabinet was in perfect condition. If this will meet your needs; I woud highly recommend purchasing it. ... show more

I first noticed the dents and damage. My guess is that it was dropped while in the box. There are two prominent dents in the back and one very prominent dent in the bottom. The dent in the bottom seems to be making the bottom drawer scrape when opening. The drawers were tough to open, or didn’t open smoothly at first, but then got smoother. This set of drawers is smaller than I expected but that’s my fault for not taking proper measurements when researching. I can overlook most of these flaws but if the drawer is scratching without being loaded down with weight, I don’t think adding more weight will help. I will talk to the company to see what they can do but more than likely I will be returning it through Amazon. ... show more
