These are good bearings, and they will last a long time if properly taken care of. I bought a Chicago skate and changed stock bearings with these ones. The difference was amazing. These bearings have nylon rings, so they are easy to clean. They come pretty well greased as you can tell by the packaging. I would use simple acetone solution to clean them. You don't need to spend $30 or more on any other bearings unless you're preparing for a derby or some competition. ... show more

I've had a set of these on my skates that I've had for over 2-3 years. They've never let me down, even when I push them to the limits.     • Keep Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'
I upgraded my stock bearings to these on my Moxi Beach Bunny (with Atom Pulse Lite wheels) and they roll FOREVER. I skated on them outside for the first time today and I had no issues maintaining speed over the bumpy surfaces of the street. I only lost speed going uphill (of course), but maintained a nice roll going flat, which my old bearings did not do. I'm definitely not used to that, but I'm also still a beginner with roller skating so there's probably a 'getting used to it' period. Installation was super easy and none of my bearings came defective (per some reviews here I was a little worried I'd get a defunct one, but all is good). I have two sets of wheels both with rollerbones bearings. They roll to my liking and are fairly smooth. I didn’t give 5 stars since I would have to say sometimes I get one that has a little bit of a noise to it and they inner metal covers are pretty soft. I’d highly suggest getting a bearing press/tool when installing them. If not done properly you could easily damage or bend the inner casing. However they are great for the price ... show more

    • much smoother and faster
perfect for me. Im experienced quad skater who after many years is trying to pick it back up. If I stick with it I may reward myself with an all around better skate but thee wheels and bearing are a game changer.

    • Decent for price
This is my go to bearing due to the cost and quality. I haven’t cleaned any yet because I usually just buy new ones when I don’t want to deal with it. I skate outdoors about 8 hrs a week and they do get a little grimy but haven’t slowed down too much.
