Got these as a gift for my daughter. She loves them. The only things to watch out for are the wheels are smaller and don't go as far out as normal skates, so you have to balance a little differently and they don't have a stopper. Otherwise, they're great.

The fun of something like this is that you can easily go from walking around to doing a cool skate, but doing any sort of walking with these is very loud because the wheels clack against the ground even when retracted. Also they have a tendency to just pop open at any time.
