I got these skates for my beginner daughter and she absolutely loves them. The color is just the right shade of pink, and they are easy to take on and off. It’s great that the laces are long enough to comfortably tie around the ankle. They are comfortable on the feet, and the soft wheels and stopper make for a smooth roller skating experience. We sized up a whole size to allow for growth, and because they cinch up well this worked great. They appear to be solid quality and well made, so we expect to enjoy them for a long time. I recently for the past year and a half got into skating. But for some reason it's really hard to find skates that don't make my toes go numb, or give Me blisters. I have a pair of skates from impala and they are just to thin and suffocating. Soo, I wanted to find a good replacement for now so I don't have to over spend or deal with unnecessary foot pain. Anyways, the insole size isn't to different between sizes, so you can size up, have a bit of toe space AND it hugs your foot just right. I'm a size 8 but sized up to a 9. I would make sure to do any research you can on your skates , since everyone is different. But for me these were a feet saver. Very affordable!!! They’re okay. A little upset about the quality because they are not cheap, but also not so expensive. There was a scuff on the left and then both stoppers were dirty right out of the box. But I figured I’m going to mess them up anyway so returning/ exchanging them would be a waste of time. I bought them aonly so my 8 year old and I could have a fun hobby together. If we get super into it, I’ll invest in a better pair. Size wise, I should have opted for a 6 instead of a 7 because they are a bit big (I’m a 6.5 and everywhere says to size up if you’re a half size…). I am going to try and put insoles in them to see if it helps. Weight wise, they’re nice and they roll very smoothly. Love the jelly wheels. I wore them inside on my hardwood floors and then outside to test them out. Works great both places. Almost busted my butt on the hard wood floors, so I’m curious to see how the roller rink will play out. ... show more
