I bought these and they are not recommended for learning to skate. From what my teacher was telling me the wheels are poor quality and will only take me so far. You need to buy leather skates which start at $200 if you buy these just to have for rare skating occasions that’s fine. Personally I feel the material is to thin even to enjoy them every Blue moon ... show more

Purchased as birthday gift for daughter, she LOVES them. They are very soft, suede leather, with a foam-like backing. She's worn them 3 times now and says they get even more comfortable every time. (As in molding to her foot). Very affordable, great quality.

These are so cute! These worked wonderfully outside on our neighborhood streets. I'm glad they included the wheel tool though because I did have to loosen one of the wheels a tad bit. I also recommend double- socking the first few times and gradually increasing your skate sessions because I definitely got a blister my first time. Great workout though! ... show more
