The media could not be loaded. Bought a pair because I didn't want to pay the price tag of 700 dollars for the OG 172s because I don't skate as often to justify paying that much. But I'm so glad for this purchase these skates don't disappoint they are smooth, well crafted and I would recommend anyone to get a pair if you looking for a high-top style. Just a FYI I added the scream socks over my skate tongues because I didn't want the fur to get dirty over time just my add-on. ... show more

These look amazing in person šŸ˜. They are tall, but very lightweight and easy to do tricks in. I changed these wheels that come with these to the Riedell Rivas, but the Kemistry Dream wheels also ride very well. The sizing pretty much what I expected but I couldā€™ve went down 2 sizes instead of 1(size 8 instead of a 9), but I played it safe and got a 9. I added insoles and wear an extra pair of socks and that does that trick of a perfect fit. 12/12 recommend these skates ... show more

The media could not be loaded. They are cute and comfortable! I wear a 9 in ladies but I got an 8 in ladies in these. They fit perfect. They skate smooth on my wood floors. I plan on only using them at indoor rinks. I ordered a softer toe stopper to put on mine because I havenā€™t skated in years and Iā€™m rusty. The stopper that comes on them is adjustable but itā€™s hard and short. ... show more

I really like the comfort and durability of these skates. I agree that you should definitely buy a size down from what you'd normally wear because they run a little big in sizing....... Very Satisfied!!

The closest you will get to the OG Grandfather VNLA, which sells for $499. This product, RollerDerby Elite is very nice. Comfortable skate with the right sizing. I custom the tongue with wrist bands to keep the white fur from getting dirty or warned. Comes with indoor wheels, ofcourse you may switch out. I definitely recommend ordering toe guards. I wish they made the skate bar underneath all metal but you can always switch out down the line. So far, a beautiful skate in a decent price range for a skater, not a beginner. The reason I say skater not beginner, is only because of the toe stopper, it's made for experienced skaters, but again, that's something you may switch out for your preference. These are beautiful skates and very comfortable I wear a womenā€™s 10, I ordered a menā€™s 8 theyā€™re like a half size too big. Iā€™m just going to wear thick socks because I donā€™t want to send them back.
