I had originally bought a pair of these shoes. And after 134 miles (according to my step counter) the heel was falling off. I had originally left a 2 star review but am updating it for the following reason. 1. They are comfortable and look good. 2. The customer service they provided after my first review was excellent. 3. They are low cost and effective Will these last 1000 miles of walking? Probably not. But for casual wearers these are great shoes. I walk about 5-6 miles per day and it is understandable why they wouldn't last as long. The new pair I received definitely seem to hold up a lot better. So I'm looking forward to that. If you're looking for an affordable boot with a zipper that looks good and comfortable. These are a great choice. ... show more

They are comfortable….. until your heels fall off. I was not expecting this to happen. I wanted to send them back. I was not able due to expiration date. Refund from the company. ( Hope to get it resolved)
