This is exactly what we wanted to replace our old entertainment center. It looks great in our newly repainted living room. There are pros and cons, however: Pros: -Aesthecially very pleasing, between the color of the finish, LEDs, glass shelves, and fireplace. -Fairly sturdy once assembled. -Plenty of room for games, movies, STBs, game consoles, etc. Cons: -It is NOT "White" as the color selection states. It's more of an off-white/light beige/gray. Doesn't bother me, personally I quite like the finish. -Missing a few pieces, and extras of others you don't need. -The included rubber pads for the bottom are pretty useless and fell off almost immediately. Again, not a deal breaker for me because mine is on carpet. Update: it has been almost 3 weeks, and already the fireplace feature has suddenly stopped working. The heater still works, but fireplace won't turn on. I have contacted RolanStar. Waiting for a response. Update #2: Rolanstar customer service was very responsive and helpful. They shipped me a replacement fireplace insert free of charge. So far the new one works as it should. ... show more

Guest suite TV stand with added heat option is perfect! The fireplace is small, but definitely can heat a space up to a very comfortable temperature. The hole cutouts in the back are quite large and do make the piece look a bit cheap, but some clever design and decor on the shelves elevates the look. Definitely recommend! ... show more

Lots of pieces but easy enough to put together if you have the tools. This is not high-end furniture, but very cute for the price. The fire element is cool and this thing puts out a good amount of heat. My only gripe would be that the directions suggest that the fire element should not share and outlet with any other plug. Yet, they provide a tabletop outlet which needs to be plugged in and an LED strip which also needs power. Most places where this unit would be used would require multiple devices (TV, etc.) to utilize the same outlet. I'm going to roll the bones and hope that if I use the heater, a circuit doesn't get tripped. Other than that, all good. ... show more
