These Rocky boots have 1000 grams of thinsulate , this is the 2nd pair of these exact boots I’ve owned and I can promise when it gets cold ,these boots will keep your feet warm, I wear them for hunting and only when the temp gets in the 30’s or below or your feet will get hot, the coldest I’ve worn the 1st pair was 8* with a wind chill of -15* and I sat in the woods for 4 hours and my feet were warm as at home really, the 1st pair lasted over 20 years and are still wearable only the sole started to come loose at the toe, I glued it back and they’re still good as new but I wanted a new pair anyway so I bought these exact same boots , best pair of hunting boots I’ve ever bought 100%

I already have a pair of these boots that are several years old & still going strong. Fit is great, plenty of cushion inside & very very warm. If your reson for purchase is for hunting can't go wrong.

Nice and warm for hunting in Michigan weather. Very stiff footbed but a nice tread for muddy paths. Two of my family members are planning to get them now.

Seem to be well made and feel like they will be warm. Wouldn't want to walk 10 miles in them, at 6+ pounds per pair is as about as heavy as hunting boots get.

The boots came way before the due date which I was very happy about. I like a higher boot which this is. At first I thought they were a little snug, but upon wearing them for a day I felt they fit like a glove and was very comfortable. We have had very cold weather here where I live but could not complain on how warm my feet kept. The cushioning was very good in the insole which made walking very easy. I shoveled snow and was in water and my feet did not get wet. I thought the price was excellent compared to prices in the store and the free shipping was a plus. I hunt and fish a lot and am looking forward to wearing these in all types of weather. I was surprised how my feet did not sweat in these boots. I had a pair before and they lasted for years. Almost 10 to be exaCT and I am looking forward to having these for the same amount if not longer. I would highly recommend these boots for any true outdoors man ( or woman). They are truly worth the price. This is my first review I have ever written on a product but felt I had to let people know how great they are.Thank you Amazon & thank you Rocky company. Can't say anything negative of this product.....very pleased
