  • Nice Boots, comfortable and easy on and off.
Size: 9.5 Wide Color: Trail Brown
I would recommend going down at least a half size as mine ran big. Boots are comfortable and break in well. It takes a couple weeks to loosen them up so don't judge them until you give them a chance. They are semi stiff when purchased, but still comfortable. I would buy again. Thanks Update, typically wear a 10D. I went through 3 pairs of boots to get to the right size. 91/2 regular. The wide is more like an extra wide and the sizing is 1/2 size too big. I would go down a half size and order a regular if you are a wide. Thanks. ... show more

  • Nice, comfortable pair of boots
Size: 14 Color: Trail Brown
We have had a hard time finding boots for our sons that are all leather, durable, and will fit their narrow feet. These are great and a very good buy. Boots in our area are nearly twice as expensive and they do not carry sizes 14+. Yhese boots were comfortable for our older son immediately and have a good sole with some traction. I like that they don't have a top-of-the-foot seam that can come apart with heavy use. They aren't too heavy and they are just narrow enough to fit a standard stirrup. We need hardy boots around the livestock and we will buy these again. ... show more

  • Rocky makes nice boots, great price for this quality
Size: 9 Color: Trail Brown
Toe scuffs from driving, but mostly rubs out. Very tight instep at first, especially when having a high arch, but loosens up after a couple days. Getting easier to pull on and off after a couple weeks. The Roper design with low overall height and a low heel is perfect for a work boot. Comfortable insole design with good support points. Sole composition worked pretty well walking in snow & ice last week. Size (9D) held true to measurement guide. ... show more

  • Great boots… a little snug.
Size: 13 Color: Trail Brown
Great quality all leather work-boots. They are a little snug so I may try wider if I buy again… even though I don’t usually wear wide.

  • To much dye.
Size: 9.5 Color: Trail Brown
Don't let that discourage you from purchasing These Fine boots. Just remember if you have white socks they are going to be brown until you get these broke in. So far I'm on my 5th day of wearing them. 8 hours on my feet the first two days straight with only about an hour rest for every 8 hour. Also would recommend if you have never wore a cowboy sort of boot like this to understand your calves are going to hurt you. The inner Souls on these are good enough for me but some of you may need a little more cushion therefore I would recommend go to the store, drug store shoe store whatever and get you some insoles. If you're looking for a good work boot you have found the place these are the best that I've had in a long time. I have always liked a pull on boot over a lace up boot.. Give them a try I think you'll like them.just remember they're going to be a little tight putting them on and off for a little while that will eventually go away. And you will also notice a little rub under your ankles that's the leather in the boot it will eventually soften up and you will not feel it. Enjoy people.. ... show more

  • Best boot for the price
Size: 11 Wide Color: Trail Brown
The boots are slip on perfection. Get some good boot oil, lather them up and you’ll have years of comfort. I’ve had them all, from Red Wings to Timberland and the Rocky brand is hard to beat for the fit and price.

  • Much worse then expected. Returned the following day.
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Trail Brown
Clothes and footwear can be a tricky thing to purchase online. But having owned a number of Rocky products in the past, I figured I could make an informed purchase and if needed, make it work. Nope. Out of the box, on my feet, 40 steps later, I knew these boots had to go back. Build quality. At $117, I wasnt expecting to much but its a stretch to say the quality is equal to the price. With most boots, even of lower quality there are "skids" in place to help your foot slide into the boot and or to protect you foot from the seems. These have nothing like that. The main reason for my return is the seam on the heel is rough and digs painfully into the back of your heel. A thicker pair of socks might help this but no way I am going to wear these in triple digit temps with thick socks. These are not winter boots. They were meant to be light and usable in summer months. Fitment: Not really even close. I wear a 10.5 to 11 boot. I have wide feet so I typically move up a size with normal shoes and boots. But reading the reviews and how these boots ran big, I stuck with my normal 10.5. There was a wide option, so I took it. Boots go on nicely. Not a lot of struggle. And thats where the fitment stops. My foot floated around inside the boot. They were to long AND to wide. I thought maybe an insole would be needed and that would make the boots not only usable but more comfortable. Cause there is no comfort in this boot. But the seem on the heel, would not allow it. The ball of your heel fits into the pocket area. An insult would simply run that horrible seam lower on your heel and dig in even more. Then the 40 step test walk totally killed any hope of keeping these boots. And finally the sole of the boot. At $117 these are not that much cheaper then your typical $160ish Rocky boots. But its obvious they saved a bunch of money on the sole. I dont know what its made of. It literally looks like plastic. Its horribly poor quality. Though at least its not that walmart foam sole material. Conclusion. I have loved all my other Rocky shoes and boots. But these give me pause as to the future of me purchasing anything more from them if this is any indication of their current production processes. Hopefully its just the $117 price tag that was the cause. I didnt want to jump up to a top tear boot cause I am going to wear them around the farm. But maybe I will give their better boots a try. I dont know. I do now that I opened these boots a couple of hours ago and they are not sitting on my porch waiting for UPS to pick them up. They are so bad, they dont even warrant me wasting my time and money taking them to a drop off. ... show more
