WHAT I WISH I KNEW - I own 12 best charge 60's and now own 20 of these best charge 50's. They all SUCK if you donot have a DMX controller. They simply do not last longer than 3-4 hours realistically.... UNLESS YOU HAVE A DMX CONTROLLER. I finally got DMX control (Soundswitch, with the control one, and a wireless transmitter) and now these uplights are AMAZING! They last for 2-3 gigs without having to even recharge them. This is HUGE! So - get the lights, but don't use them on the mode where they control eachother... use a DMX controller to control them... I believe it is because they DMX controller doesn't have them on 100% brightness the entire time, or something... but I'm mind blown how long they last when you don't just tie them all together or set them all seprately. ... show more

Love these uplights very sturdy, easy to use and maintain. They biggest plus is that the case is a charging base for all 8 lights at the same time. All remotes and wires are included, let me not forget to mention the case is on wheels easy to transport. The only minus so far is that I wish the case was better built internally, some of the partitions inside shifted but not the worst scenario. A plus purchase in my opinion. This is a dreadful product. After limited use during a 15 month period multiple lights do not hold their charge even when they have been on their chargers for a days at a time. Upon calling Rockville I was told they were out of warranty and that I’d have to replace the batteries. These lights have been used maybe a dozen times total. In addition the case is terribly configured with wires everywhere, and the lights themselves are not particularly bright. There are better products on the market and based on the lack of help from customer care, I would find another brand if you use these for events. ... show more

Packaging Box was damaged- Once I opened it definitely looked like the box was either dropped or tossed about--Remote controls were thrown about and out of the plastic bags- Then the case itself (inside) was damaged in a few places. This puzzled me because I looked at some reviews about the case and they claimed that the case can withstand a fall. I did plug in the lights and they all work. ... show more
