I am curious about the ‘genuine leather-100% man made materials. You can’t have both. They don’t smell like leather, when you drop a bit of water on them,it doesn’t soak in like real leather. If the price is justified by saying genuine leather, it’s false advertising. The upper is wider on one foot. Still deciding if I will keep them because other than the untrue description, they are comfortable. Toe thong placed correctly to be comfortable and does not cut into my toes. One of the cutouts from the design had not been punched out so I took it apart. If this is real leather, it’s extremely thin and bonded to another material. Buyer beware at this price if you think you’re buying a leather sandal.

First, I love these shoes! I used to wear cheap sandals from target (or similar) that had 0 support but I’m not 25 anymore and my feet were killing me. So after lots of research I decided to try these. I got the 8, which fits fine, but I think a 7.5 would’ve fit better. (I normally wear an 8). I’ve been wearing these shoes daily for several weeks and they’ve held up well and are very comfortable! They’re also very nice looking. My only complaint is that the material the base is made of make my feet sweat. I’ve never had this problem before. At first I just ignored it because it’s not enough to be slippery or anything… but now I notice that my shoes (and feet!) smell bad when I take them off. They’re sandals so I didn’t imagine that would happen but it has! Definitely a down side and the reason I deducted a star. Still love them but also still trying to find the perfect balance between casual-cute sandal and good support/comfort.

I generally live in flip flops all summer, and I have tons of colors. So when my black ones died, I ordered these in hopes of a little more support and structure. Also influencing my decision was the fact that I tore my hamstring in two places two months before, and that I was soon to embark on a trip to Europe (read: lots of walking). I needed something cool, cute, and supportive, and these checked every box. It was in the high 90s/lower 100s the entire time we were in Europe, and we average 14,000 steps per day, and these lovely sandals were absolutely up to the task. No foot, knee, or hamstring pain. Absolutely worth it in every way—plus, I got lots of compliments on them! A couple notes on size: I am usually a 10, so that’s what I ordered, but they were a teensy bit large. I don’t think I could’ve gotten away with a 9.5, though. That said, if you’re an in-between size, I’d go with the smaller size. Also, people have mentioned the Velcro adjustment on the back to be too small to be effective. I personally didn’t have trouble with mine, but I can definitely see how it could be a problem. Rockport would do well to enlarge it to make the sandal more adjustable.

The shoe is super cute and very light. I so wanted to keep the shoe but if you have a narrow foot the style runs wide. I thought I might be able to wear them as a slipper; as they are very light weight, but alas I decided they were just too wide. Otherwise, they are a nice shoe.
