The media could not be loaded. Nice, glossy hard shell. Looks great. However, all three pieces have protective plastic that needs to be removed. It was a pain, time consuming, and was put on the plastic shell before the wheels and handles, etc., so it didn't tear away clean.

This review is solely based on appearance because I have not traveled yet. When the luggage first arrived I was a bit disappointed because it was a dull black. I realized it had a protective lining that needed to be removed which made it more to my liking. I added scarfs to the handles for a small personalization. The the luggage is very spacious and each piece comes with a lock that was easy to set! I’ll be traveling within the week and hope I don’t have problems with the handles breaking or edges cracking like I’ve seen in other reviews. ... show more

I haven't used them yet but they are really nice and sturdy. The only complaint was the protective plastic coating that you have to remove. It was very difficult to get it all off.

First of all, the luggage comes wrapped in a plastic film that took me 2hours to get off, had to use an exacto knife around corners and edges to remove. Once off, luggage shines beautifully. Very cute set (I get a few compliments in the airpots when people see them) but not well made. Very thin plastic shell, wheels cute but too small for luggage to maneuver smoothly, if luggage is packed to the max it tips over when trying to roll. Ive taken all three pieces on two trips now, by the second trip, on arrival the smallest luggage, the plastic around wheel was busted after I checked it under the plane. These also do not expand or have a tsa lock. If you want cute luggage, go for it, if you want luggage that's going to last and be reliable I'd look elsewhere. ... show more

I was so excited to get these, and very disappointed to find the handles broke as soon as we packed and picked them up!!! We had to go out and purchase some new ones before heading on our trip today!!! They also were not the color shown in the pictures. They were bright red!!
