I'm a a real woman and I'm gonna give you a real review. I am am middle aged, middle class, mid American busy wife and mom and I don't have time or money to waste on inferior products. I ordered the Rockland Melbourne Hardside Expandable luggage set of 3 in Turquoise. The product arrived today with in just 2 days of placing my order. It came in a huge box which was kind of beat up so I was a bit worried. Upon opening it the large suite case was wrapped in a plastic bag taped shut and the other two pieces were nested inside of each other and also wrapped in plastic bags. All 3 pieces had sales tags attached. I opened each piece and checked thoroughly for any damage. It all looks great. No scratches, no dents, no tears, all zippers worked great and the interior lining was all attached well. I checked that all the wheels were attached well and that they all moved freely. There is a very slight smell , like one of those inflatable pool toys, but very faint. The color is true to the picture, a very bright Turquoise Blue. I have not used the luggage yet so it still remains to be seen how well it will hold up during travel but for this price this is a steal of a deal so far. ... show more

This was an upgrade from my old 20 inch pull behind suitcase and my 28 inch. This has prob 40% more storage space than my old 20. I am so happy with the purchase. Only taken it on one flight ( 4 connections), but seems well built. Don’t expect any zipper pockets, it has one inside, but they way the suitcase opens, it is like divided into two separate storage spaces. If I did not already have other luggage I would of bought the 3 piece. Hope this helps ya…. ... show more

Very happy with this set. I have an American tourester large case and these are a little flimsier but very sturdy. With three sizes less cost than my one I already had. I do like the colors available and I got one with the bright yellow stripe so it will be easier to locate at baggage claim. I recommend this product ... show more

Overall, it's a fine set of luggage. I recently needed new luggage last minute for an international trip. The price for this set was great and I love the color (super easy to spot my luggage at baggage claim!). The wheels made getting around the airport super easy. The hard case wasn't heavy and kept my items well protected (nothing broke!) My only issue was that after one trip, the handle on the large luggage broke and another piece on it broke off. So maybe a good set of luggage for once or twice (which seems pretty wasteful). However, if you need something affordable for a long trip, this did the trick. ... show more

I bought these for $130. When unboxing, they had price tags on them. They were $200 for the largest, $150 for the middle size and $130 for the small one. There are multiple compartments inside each one for organization and they even came with luggage locks! O like that they ate expandable too.

Although I see in some areas loose thread, this set is overall very durable. I have used it on my trips both internationally and domestically and had no issues. Ver manageable and easy to move around.

Beautiful color. Not very good for rough handling in airport. My carry on case had to be placed under plane. First time use and a wheel almost broke off with being handled rough making it hard to roll. Liner is not as study as I would have hoped. The two large cases made it through the plane trip. Don’t think it will last thru many trips. Would be good for car trips. ... show more

I love the color. They move well. After one trip one had a large gash but I understand airlines don’t treat like fragile. The only drawback is they have to be opened and layed flat.
