  • Amazing sound Quality!
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
I love my RF products but these are the best i have owned so far. I have these in a super sealed, sound deadened, acoustic foamed doors in my Lancer and they shine with great midrange respone. I have them being powered by a RF T400-2 at 125 watts per ch and they take the power with ease. I am running active off a Pioneer 80-PRS so i 16 bands of EQing to help make them shine. Crossover never came out of the box. I also have a set of T265s in custom kicker panels i made. Both speakers are with in 8" of each other and sound amazing. I have 650 watts total of mids and highs for a front stage, All RF and i love it. Also haver T265s in rear doors for rear fill off a T400-4. Gotta love the RF Power Series products. Keep in mind, sound deadening is key to making any speaker sound there best. Dont ever just throw a pair of speaker in a expect so huge result with no extra work. There are diffent levels of audio performance and if you looking at these then you know you have to take it to the next level. Been running RF since the 90s and have never disappointed except there price tag. Getting really steep these days but i am a true fan and have always believed you get what you pay for. RF Fan for LIfe! ... show more

  • highly disappointed with these speakers, especially for its high price
Rockford Fosgate speakers really in doors is not good, I give all the credit in amplifiers and subwoofers, but here nothing to do, poor sound quality, low power, high distortion, in order to be disappointed with them, especially for its high price, I had to change immediately, if you want to record sound, loud, clear, very minimal distortion, with excellent mid bass, clear sound and quality, use beyma ... show more

  • Worst Speakers Ever (Edit: Not for SQ)
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
I've owned several sets of speakers and these aren't for SQ. I could never explain why they sounded so harsh, especially considering the price, then I hooked up an RTA. REALLY bad speaker response. The frequency response is all over the place. My mom's cheap paper speakers in her Rav4 sound 10x better. Never getting RF again. FYI I hooked up a 3sixty.3 to try to EQ them, making them sound much better, but you can't build a solid house on sand. Going JL or Boston next car. Edit: This might be obvious to car audio veterans, but Rockford is not for SQ. I bi-amped the speakers allowing me to tune each individual. NOW they sound good, but looking at the response on a 1/6 octave or higher leads me to believe there are much better speakers out there (plus the opinions of other audiophiles and my experience with Boston Acoustics). They are now smooth on a 1/3 octave, but still jagged on higher resolutions. Conclusion: If you want loud, plus some SQ (SQL), these might be for you. If your focus is SQ, look elsewhere. ... show more

  • For True Audiophiles Only
Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
I can’t help but laugh and shake my head when someone gives a poor review to a top-of-the-line product. I have a 14-speaker all Rockford Fosgste (Power) system in my truck. Curiosity got the best of me and I splurged for the T3652’s in the front doors (replacing a set of T2652’s). These are true audiophile speakers. Virtually flawless. The tweeters balance perfectly to the mids, with no harshness whatsoever. If you are running a cheap head unit or no amp.... don’t bother. The T3652’s need to be mated to a high end amp and play through a stereo that has more than 3 tone adjustments. But the payoff is rich, balanced sound with clarity rivaled only by real life and superb imaging. ... show more
