My husband and I love this rocker! It is set up in our daughter’s nursery and gets a lot of use. The quality, comfort, and size is perfect for our home. It’s super comfy and we have fallen asleep in it many times while staying in our daughter’s room. The chair reclines a decent size ways back almost to laying flat. The value is great since it’s super cushy and that added bonus of the massage after a long day.

Overall a good recliner. Comfortable and solid. Small in size as others have mentioned. I'm 5'3", so not an issue for me, but may not be ideal for anyone much taller. I have 2 main issues with it that caused me to drop it a star. 1. No lumbar support The "overstuffed headrest" meets at my shoulders and pushes me forward, which ends up uncomfortably arching my back as the rest of the backrest is not "overstuffed", and the base of the backrest does not have adequate padding for the lumbar region. I'm having to search for a suitable lumbar pillow to make up for this. 2. Arm rests not high enough The arm rests are low. Again, I just solved this with some other small pillows I had in hand. This wasn't a big issue since I always have these pillows in the recliner anyway (previous recliner was quite large!). If for some reason, you don't need much lumbar support, or you have a pillow to make up for the lack of it, this one is good. Otherwise, keep looking.

This chair comes in three pieces, with the bottom piece being the heaviest. The backrest and armrests are very soft and supportive. Assembly was really easy, and the chair is incredibly comfortable. The shipping box arrived slightly damaged, but thankfully, all the pieces inside were undamaged. The rocking motion is smooth, and the reclining function operates easily and smoothly. Closing the recliner requires using your leg, but that’s typical for manual recliners. The color is beautiful, and the fabric is super soft to the touch. We haven’t had to take it apart yet, but it looks like it will be very easy if we ever need to move it downstairs. The massage function is pretty cool too! Overall, a great purchase!

Ordered two of these recliners based off prior reviews saying they were good. I find the chair small. I’m 5’4 and my wife 5’2 and my head hangs over the top. When the chair reclines my head is over the top and my feet are at the edge of the foot rest. The seat itself is also very narrow and hard. Granted, it needs to be broken in. I would not recommend for anyone over 5’4. I can feel the weirdness in the height of the back of the chair. It’s like it sits at my shoulder blades. The massage aspect is not massage at all. Very minimal vibration. However, I did not buy it for massage so I just unplugged it and tucked it under the seat. It was a very easy set up though. Took me two minutes. Also, it does rock pretty nice which is a plus since it feels awkward to just sit in it. Overall, it’s okay. Maybe a $150 chair not a $250 chair. I paid $250 for my last one from big lots and that was way better. I took a chance on these. Kinda wasted, wished I went with something different.

I want to like this chair so badly, but unfortunately it isn’t so. The zippers for 2 of the arm covers broke,. Additionally, the let arm, slides down into a bracket and is supposed to stay in place once installed. However, it ended up gliding all the way through and broke. I had such high hopes for this chair and thought it would be the perfect gift for my daughter. Unfortunately it is not, and of course I can’t sent it back because it is all put together and the box was broken down. Will need to try and find a way to fix the arm so it is at least usable.
