For the value these cups are pretty sturdy and I do enjoy the simplicity of them. Shipping came on time which was great since I usually hold cocktail nights at my place weekly. When I inspected the cups though there was one with a strange imprint coloration defect that I at first thought was probably from the shipping container. When I tried to scrub the defect off I found out it was actually a defect in the glass itself. Out of the other cups there wasn’t too much of a problem, maybe one other had a little bit of a dog tail from where the glass molded at the bottom but it wasn’t a big deal to me. Only the discolored paw looking print one was upsetting, I didn’t expect it but they immediately reached out to resolve the issue and send a replacement right away. I’m surprised at the quick response to fix the issue, and pretty grateful that they seem to really care about their customers satisfaction. For what you pay it’s not likely you’ll find the same sturdiness, amount of whisky glasses, and customer service for the same value. ... show more
