Works best under concealer. Moisturizes and makes blending easier. Often times by the end of the day my concealer under my eyes looks dry and wrinkly, but with this it does not. You can even spot treat during the day to keep it fresh looking. It doesn’t ruin the concealer at all. Maybe you need to use more than one bottle to see a difference? I saw no difference in my skin to be honest. The dropper is also a very annoying way to apply the serum. I prefer a tube for ease of use. I wouldn’t buy this again.
