  • GREAT product!
I bought 2 of these as Christmas presents for my 11 and 13 yo girls to use at camp. Very easy to set up, the girls figured it out themselves. Once they got over the fear of the size upright on land, they were both able to carry their own blown up board down some steps and to the beach without any help. The handle in the center allowed it to balance perfectly so they could carry it under one arm. These are so much easier to manage then kayaks. Especially when it's not a windy day. Its nice to have an option to stand or sit, have a friend ride along etc.. My daughters keep the extra paddle attachment under the tiedowns on the back so they can change between double paddle or handle/paddle depending on their mood during their ride. BETTER YET, The ROC Customer service was AMAZING!! One of the paddles had a broken locking mechanism which we didn't find out about for 7 months (first used them in July). I contacted ROC in an email provided on he Amazon website. 2 days later I had a tracking # for a complimentory replacement paddle. They were surprisingly prompt, efficient and very pleasant... I look forward getting a lot of use out of these boards for years to come. ... show more

  • Great inflatable paddle board for the price. Highly recommend it!
I love this ROC paddle board. It is lightweight to carry with all the gear and in the backpack and then easy to carry to the shore when pumped up. I love the way I can switch from standing up or kneeling (easy to balance) or even using the kayak set. I have tried all 3 ways and it is easy to switch the paddle right out on the water. I used it in a bay and river with wind and tides with no problem. ROC customer service was incredibly helpful and got back to me immediately. My board did not come with the seat which it should have so they sent it right out to me in 2 days. It does take a bit of time and a bit of muscle to pump it up to 15 PSI but that seems normal. FYI..I am 61 years old and it works well for me...easy to deflate and fold/roll up to put in my car. Great inflatable paddle board for the price and such wonderful, friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Best summer purchase!!!
Style: Navy W/ Kayak Seat
I just got this paddle board about a week and a half ago and it’s honestly been awesome so far!!! I have used it two times already. I really love that it comes with a kayak seat and the paddle converts super easily, which makes it really versatile depending on how I’m feeling that day. I’m about 115 pounds, my husband is around 170, and we also bring our 60 pound dog with us. We all fit comfortably. It’s surprisingly sturdy with all three of us on there. I was a little worried it might feel wobbly or we’d sink it, but it held up great. Setup was pretty simple. It takes about 10-12 minutes to fully inflate with the included pump, which actually worked better than trying to use my tire inflator which wasn't strong enough. I thought I’d save time with that but the manual pump was faster and just easier overall. I might get a really powerful one for the future, though! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun board that can handle a bit of extra weight and still feel super stable. We’ve been having a great time with it. ... show more

  • Great Board & Beginner Friendly!
Style: Violet
This is my first paddle board and I couldn't be happier. I've used this for one season and it's now my favorite watercraft. The 3 fins make the board very stable when standing; I've taken it out numerous times and haven't fallen (yet). I've used it with my dog and even with two kids sleeping on it. I am able to easily maneuver around logs, family members, and other obstacles. I love that I can swap to the dual paddles easily when I want to sit on the board. I used to kayak before I got it, so having that option makes it very versatile and I love not having to do the "paddle flip" like you would with a one-paddle handle. It holds its air very well - we left it inflated for an 8-day camp trip and never had to top it off. Pumping it up can be tiring (I call it my pre-paddle board workout) and can take a bit: I plan to get an electric pump this summer. But it is doable by hand. There are so many bungee straps for storage, which is a great feature and very handy when you're planning to be out for longer trips on the water and have lots of gear. The carry bag is great and I appreciate that it fits everything for easy travel. With 5 in our family plus a fur baby, we have a lot of gear when we're out on the water. The bag makes set-up easy and I don't need to worry about leaving something behind for myself when I'm focused on getting everyone else out the door. I have also received multiple compliments about the color; the purple hues are beautiful! It's also pretty easy to keep clean - before packing it up for longer periods of time I always use some soapy water, a rag, and a magic eraser to remove any scuffs or dirt marks, and it looks like new. Just a few things to consider if you haven't tried paddle boarding before: 1) Don't go over shallow objects like logs, they'll catch on the large fin and it's hard to keep your balance! I've seen people fall in when this happens. (Always a good chuckle, but not fun when you don't want to get wet). 2) Paddle boards are inherently harder to maneuver than a kayak. You can't turn as sharp or as quickly. I use my paddle board almost exclusively, but I still pick my kayak when I know we'll be in faster waters or currents that require more precise maneuvering, especially when I'll be going upstream against the current. 3) The hardest part of standing on a paddle board is getting up (and down). Plant your feet at the widest part of the board and keep your feet spread apart for better balance. Ultimately, if you're looking for a stable, fun, beginner-safe board... this is the board for you! ... show more
