I love the look and the quality. For our summer home they are perfect to be used alone as a light weight blanket. This bedspread is amazing! It came compressed in plastic and opened quickly. A few minutes in the dryer and it fluffed up. It is sooo soft. this is a perfect lightweight bedspread or even to use as a blanket. And the shams are the same and fit regular sized pillows perfectly. I am so delighted with this purchase and I cannot recommend this enough. You will love it as well.

UPDATE: 2/14/25: Well, even though this quilt is still super comfy and snuggly, it is pilling and has numerous snags and looks OLD already. Considering I haven't even had it for a whole year yet, I am disappointed. So I subtracted 2 stars. I am going to use it as an extra blanket at the foot of the bed now, as I don't like the way it looks as my main bedspread anymore. It's still soft and cozy, though. But if I could go back in time, I would not purchase it again. UPDATE: August 2024: I've been washing and drying it in cold water on regular cycles, since it takes awhile to dry. It's been fine, no issues. It has a couple of snags in it from my cats, but I just snip the snags with scissors and it's fine. You don't even notice them really. Still loving it! ORIGINAL REVIEW: May 2024: 5 stars. I just received this bedspread. I machine washed it in cold water and dried it on delicate cycle. When it was still partially damp, I removed it from the dryer and placed it on my bed and it became fully dry shortly afterwards. This bedspread is soft and cozy and big/long. It's thin, which is what I wanted. However, it is warmer than I expected. The pillow shams fit my king size pillows. The ivory color looks as pictured. Great price. So far I love it!
