This board is a ton of fun and easily goes 25+ mph. I really like that it comes with tail lights and the covers for front and back of the board. The battery charges quick, but I do wish I had gotten the 18mile board instead. You can easily do 14 miles on this thing in an hour on medium setting. For the price range, I expected to have this board for ATLEAST a few months. Board started turning off by itself mid-ride. Had to jump off to avoid crashing. There are so many hetter boards in this price range. Avoid this one at all costs.

Got the board on Saturday, tested it out in my downtown area/city (biggest little one). Everything went great. Loved the board and the power of climbing hills. Couple days later, rode through a rough patch. Fell, hard. (Twisted ankle, lots of bruising... still fun though) and a broken remote. The flywheel fell out with the springs. I reached out. They reached back. Warranty is still in play. I get a replacement remote. Imo, the remotes should be just as durable as the boards. Four stars, the remote did break and I had to carry the board uphill. Good thing customer service is. Thanks team. ... show more

I have one that I caught falling off but the first one I didn’t hear so it’s long gone but the steel frame of them were too thin . I know the second one fell after hitting a small rock so it wasn’t like something big colllided with my board . I didn’t even hear the first light brake off . I don’t know how to get in contact with company . Will they replace them . It’s only been about a month I still have a few days left to be eligible for return so it hasn’t been long since I got it that his Happened. Everything else is great . Love it . I love the 90 day coverage because after only a little over 60 days I was expierencing issues with the battery/electronics not working despite my proper care routines and within 3 days the company sent me a new board. Very thankful I can still continue to ride and get to work without having to buy a new one so soon.
