I got this so it can raise my handles up a little higher and it does that nicely, not too much, just enough to ease some back strain. I really dig the color, it's a metallic red and its awesome. My kid told me he loves me when he saw these handlebars on his bike! I had to leave the room for a moment to compose myself! That was the last thing I was expecting to come out of his mouth. At age fourteen he is quite cynical. It’s an old Schwinn mountain bike but the super bright red metal flake, really brought the bike back to life! They are 720 millimeters riser bars! Coupled with a stem at a 45° angle and a length of 90 mm put the bars right where he wanted them! High quality handlebars with a very eye catching finish! The bar is as depicted and perfect for the art which is my former Ice Cream Truck (bike). I was pleased to discover the pics in the on-line product description show both sides (front and back) of the bar and thus the complete color spectrum of the bar. I wanted to add a set of lights to my bike and they plugged into the ends of the handlebar. The problem was that the ends of that handlebar were crimped and I couldn't plug anything into the end. This also allowed me to get a handlebar which is slightly wider than before. I didn't anticipate issues with shifter cable lengths. But, it was due for a tuneup and hand that done. I've been using it for a few weeks with my lights plugged in and everything works great! ... show more

I haven’t ridden on it just yet since I only got everything installed today, but so far these bars are far superior to stock flat bars, decent rise with great ergonomics places me sitting more upright on my bike and keeps my back straight which is much more comfortable than leaning over so far, don’t sleep on these handlebars, they are great !!! ... show more
