I initially purchased RitFit Leg Press Hack Squat Machine that came missing a component. As disappointing as it was, upon contacting customer service within hours NOT days I received a reply with proposed action plan to ship the missing parts asap that did arrive within a few days after, enabling me to construct the unit. I was further granted meaningful discounts on additional items I was interested in consideration for the prior inconvenience and loyalty to the brand. RitFit also supports first responders and offers generous discounts accordingly. I do not typically write reviews but was compelled to on this occasion in large part to RitFit's absolutely fantastic customer service team who genuinely show interest in making things right. Overall, the quality seems good, the price seemed fair, and I don’t have any real complaints aside from the fact that they ship it in multiple boxes, which I understand because it is too heavy, of course, but when the seller reached out to send me the various tracking numbers, they forgot to send me two of them, and I had to ask and verify that those two sets of dumbbells were coming. They assured me that they were, and sent me those tracking numbers. I got one set the next day, and I’m still waiting on the other set and it has been a few weeks now.
