Love these skates. I bought these skates to break up my afternoon walking routine. After all, variety is the spice of life. I must say, I have not worn skates in about 35 years, so I was a bit hesitant at first. I tried them on and they are more comfortable than my shoes and definitely mush more comfortable than the rental skates that used to give me blisters as a child. Next, the true test came. I put them on to go skating in my neighborhood. I’m proud to say that I was able to conquer the nearly invisible slope in my driveway and I did not wipe out in the street. I have had them for about 3 days and I have used them each day and I can feel my hips and legs getting a workout. I have had many people stop and tell me that they look fun and it had started many conversations with the walkers. The skates are still comfortable and they look cute. I have not had any pain in my feet or blisters. I do have pretty flat feet and wear mostly Converse shoes. So, I don’t know if they would be as comfortable if you need any kind of support, but I imagine if you do an insert would work well. I wish it was easier to contact the seller. I could have used advice on sizing. The sizes don't match up to US sizing like the chart said. I wear a 9.5 wide or 10 in women's so I went with the US sizing chart despite my length being a 41 according to the length chart. The shoes I got were massive. Definitely should have gone with length I guess. The 43 is definitely bigger than a US woman's 10. I had a solid inch from the toe to the end of the shoes. The skates are very nice, and the soft leather looks like it has decent give, so I guess I'll try by length this time. They seemed very nice. Looked pretty sturdy, and well made. I'm going to hold off getting a new pair, until I return the old ones. Since the color I had is out of stock and I need them sooner than 2 months. The boots and trucks are all well and good. The wheels and the bearings are truly awful. On my third outing on these the left skate kept veering right and the right skate would shimmy. I popped off all the bearings and found the inside sets all click and spin with the smoothness of sandpaper. I put on a new set and found the wheels were uneven. These skates are awesome! No difficulty with them. They roll extremely smooth. They fit so comfortably. They're rather wide so plenty of room for extra socks! They're really pretty! I am very pleased with these skates.

These were for my daughter. She felt they were comfortable. The wheels lit up great. HOWEVER as she was skating, a wheel came off. (Yes, we checked them before and everything looked good.) The skate workers at the rink helped pick up all of the nuts and pieces that were all over the floor. The skate counter lady then kindly attempted to put them back together, but the nuts wouldn't fit with the wheel on the axle. She put the wheel in without the nuts, as that was her only option. She checked the other wheels and found another was stripped, and therefore too dangerous to skate with, so we are returning these for a name brand skate. ... show more
