I'm not a huge fan of writing reviews, that being said, I feel compelled to do so in this case as there are none currently. I use to be a professional carpet cleaner with a truck mounted system, so I was definitely skeptical about how this would perform especially because ALL of the overpriced spot cleaning machines you can buy in the store are steaming hot piles of trash! But I'm happy to report outstanding results! I received it today and wanted to try on some very old food stains that have been irritating me forever and was disappointed when I realized my shop vac was on a remodel I'm doing and the only wet vac I have at home right now is my Milwaukee battery powered one that is very underwhelming in the power department. But I decided to give a go anyway and pre-treated the stains with a basic Walmart carpet cleaner while hooking it all together and all I have to say is wow, the stains are gone and I am definitely a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this well constructed quality tool and can't wait to see how it will perform when I bring my corded vac home tomorrow, because if it did that good with my pack out vac the shop vac is going to blow it away and leave much less water behind. But you will need to buy an adapter if you plan to hook it up to your kitchen sink like I did, or you could just connect it to the hot water supply of your washing machine bib. I also would recommend turning the temperature of your hot water tank to its highest setting for optimal results. Like any quality tool it ain't cheap but is worth every penny in my opinion. I had been putting off buying this and trying to use a spot carpet cleaner for both of the vehicles and now I am kicking myself for not buying it months ago. I got a deal on a new 4 gallon 5hp wet/ dry vacuum that I will use only for vehicle cleaning and the suction is amazing. The fact that it came with everything needed to setup in box is fantastic. The build quality is great. It feels very well made. I would recommend other the adapter for faucet to garden hose adapter which will give you versatility in where you use it and make it so you can use hot water unlike a normal outdoor spigot would. But keep in mind it will be thread dependant on the faucet you are planning to use it on and cost me less than $10. And keep in mind the vacuum suction power is very important in this setup. I wish they had the storage bag and strap as a kit on here or sale and will probably order directly from them just to keep everything together and organized. ... show more

Had high hopes for this product, it felt to bulky while handling it did work well won’t lie but on the fourth time I was gonna use it the sprayer stopped working it was spraying a weak mist & the hose was rejecting the water not even a month has gone by & I was having issues. I better get my money back cause $200 seems overpriced ... show more

HI detail makes a better extractor. It's ergonomics and performance is excellent plus it has a 15' hose and you get a water filter. This one appears to be good quality materials. But it still falls short of Hi Detail's.
