They can be worn underneath your gloves in place of traditional hand wraps or used on their own for light bag work. They are made of a polyester blend material with a moisture wicking liner. Previously I'd bought the Everlast version which began falling apart within a month. These Ringsiders are clearly built of stronger materials and have a better design. Also easier to get on and off. Superior by far.

Seem good quality for the price. Not bad for speed wraps. The only problem is that they slip back when putting on boxing gloves and they feel like they are only covering the top of my hands, not so much the punching area.

I wanted a glove that will protect my hands primarily when using the speed bag. I had previously used hand wraps, but frankly I'm not a boxer and the hand wraps are a total pain when going from station to station during my crossfit work out. I've tried the everlast gel wraps and find it OK but still a bit cumbersome. This Ringside wrap is the best that I've used. I have large hands and this fits just fine. The material is stretchy cotton type and will accommodate hands a bit larger or smaller. The gel pad is well placed over the knuckles and offers great impact absorption. The wrist wrap is of good length and does offer good wrist support. The only thing I don't like about the glove is that the finger holes have one stick line that goes back just a bit too far, causing a bit of discomfort in the webbing of the fingers when new. I've used this glove for a couple of weeks and it did stretch a bit and is now not an issue. Overall I absolutely love these gloves. They fit well, looks great, and offers great hand protection. I don't know of another product that's better. I'm buying a bunch more. ... show more
