I did a cross comparison of this ring with other brands and decided to purchase this one because it’s - More affordable - Ring sizing kit is cheap - No monthly fees - Tracks oxygen I am soo happy I chose ringconn. It looks great on my hand, battery lasts forever, charges super quick and accurately tracks so many metrics. It has told me things about my sleep I had never even considered. For example, my skin temperature was dropping at night preventing me from getting the best possible sleep. I wear socks now and get better sleep! It also knows your normal metrics so when something is off, it tells you right away. I don’t have sleep apnea but I had a septoplasty recently so I could not breathe well and it tracked all the times I had stopped breathing at night along with my oxygen levels. I wear it in the shower, pool, washing hands and have never had any issues with getting it wet. I love the way it looks. Some people have mentioned the other brands being too bulky or annoying but I don’t even feel it. I highly recommend this brand over the competition!

I have been wanting to have a smart ring for a while, so I did research on the choices that were out there.. I was considering the OURA but I don’t like the thickness of the ring, and they also have a paid subscription. The RingConn is very light, very thin and no subscription. It gives me all the vital information and tracking that I need, and it syncs extremely well with my Apple Watch. I have been wearing it continuously since I got it, other than the few times I have to charge it and it holds a charge extremely well I get a week or more on a charge. It has become a constant fixture on my hand and I hardly even realize I’m wearing it. It has really made a difference in my activity as I can check it and see where I’m at and it’s helping track my sleep, which is also very important. When I compare the tracking to the RingConn and my Apple Watch, they’re extremely close. Highly recommend!

Satisfied with the tracker so far, after a months use this is what I done useful and what needs improvement Goods - way better than wearing a watch for tracking vitals throughout the day - sleep tracking, HR tracking, body temp tracking is great - sleep tracking is free and doesn’t need subscription like oura - fits great on the finger, never felt like I’ve had a tracker on - super light weight - data sync to app is super fast, battery life is definitely great at 10 days! - hsa is accepted for purchase Not so good - naps get auto detected, but no sleep analysis metrics - workout detection could improve a lot - SPO2 doesn’t get measured unless you’re resting - data doesn’t get integrated with native health apps or external apps like Strava If these are something you don’t care about, then it’s a buy.

Very comfortable. Holds charge for an exceptionally long time. It fits and two different fingers for me. The size kit was a great tool to use prior to purchasing. I did decide to pick the size that felt a little bigger, and the ring receiver is perfect. Syncs quickly to the app if I haven’t opened the app in a while. The insights of how much REM sleep I get is great to have. Still testing the accuracy for fertility tracking. And not having to pay a subscription fee makes it all that much more worth it. It’s got banged up a little while at work, and still works pretty fine.

Love this ring. Had a horrible sleep study, where I didn’t sleep at all, and results were normal. Years later and still having issues, got this and it shows when my issues are and exactly what they are. Can take this info to my dr. Also love it for the other health tracking data it provides. Doesn’t look to bulky on a female hand either, which is nice. Worn a few months, and no scratches or chips, still just as shiny. Stays charged for a super long time, and doesn’t take very long to charge it back up.

If u don’t want to fully splurge on the other competitors rings this one is pretty good!! It track sleep steps calories you name it. The app is super easy to work and quick to set up. The only down side is if you are trying to use this for working out the app gets tricky. I found I couldn’t see a log of all my completed workouts like I’d hope. Ok apple fitness you can see all ur workouts of the month but this one broke it up day by day which was annoying to navigate when im trying to see weekly progress for example!! But the battery life is impressive and the scratching and wearing and tearing aspect honestly holds up!! I’ve worn it in the shower a couple times on accident and it’s fine same goes for doing dishes and such! I will say there is a little dent on one side (I don’t know if it was just mine maybe bc of shipping) but I just spin it around so no one can tell! All in all good for if ur into the more basic wellness tracking

I've been using this ring since July now, and I can say that I absolutely love it. I wanted something like the Oura Ring, without the price tag and paid subscription. The app is fantastic and gives me exactly what I need. The color is beautiful, and it pairs well with my other gold jewelry. The size is comfortable (rather close to the Oura Ring sizes, so if you go to Target or Best Buy and just try their size, you should be good if you don't want the trial kit). The Heart Rate is pretty accurate (I work in healthcare and checked on a monitor). It's held up pretty well, and I do quite a bit with my hands throughout the day. All in all, a great ring, and I'm sad that the U.S. is trying to phase these out in order for the Oura Ring to remain supreme. This is much better in my opinion.
