  • Very nice. Worth trying. Very clear vision, awesome frames!
Size: 2.0 x
I like these glasses. They are virtually indistinguishable from the $1200 ones I got years ago from my ophthalmologist's office. The only difference is that these are clear on top, my others had a very weak prescription on top. The only thing that threw me for a loop was that the glasses seem to increase color saturation. Don’t ask me how they do it, but it’s like taking Photoshop and turning up the color saturation up ever so slightly. In summary, I like these. For less than $25 I have the same minimalist look as my old $1200 coated lenses with the same titanium frames. I’m going to buy a couple of more sets since you never know how long Amazon is going to carry a particular product. Two thumbs up. 4 stars only because of the very slight color saturation increase. Follow up. I re-read the description of these glasses and it is the Blue Blocking that makes the colorsslightly more intense. The glasses are performing just as described! ... show more

  • Definitely light enough for me and very comfortable, clear, and does the job!
Size: 2.5 x
Every so often, I get headaches from wearing my glasses; I know it's most likely due to my TBI and where the arms of the glasses lay, sometimes it actually gets sore. I needed a very light pair of rimless multifocal lenses that had the lightest arms possible, and I came across these. These rimless glasses seem durable enough, and I can see my computer screen and then glance over to my TV about 12 feet away from me, and there are no issues-I can the TV screen just fine. And they seem comfortable enough for me to keep them on for quite some time while having to work on my computer. The only issue I do notice, however, is, even though they are multifocal, because they are smaller lenses than my normal pair of progressive lenses, I do have to tilt my head just a bit more when reading the computer screen in order to get the clarity I need in reading it. Looking down at my phone--no problem. So I'm guessing it's because they are smaller lenses, that they remind me more of my bifocals than the other multifocal lenses I have. Nevertheless, I'll just have to get used to that. Also, I will have to take extra care in making sure these do not get scratched; many a reviewer with these type of lightweight lenses have complained about how easy they can get scratched. I'll keep them by my computer, and wear them only when absolutely necessary. Just a FYI: I'm not sure why when I went to purchase them, it said, "3-pack", when in reality, it was only ONE that was being purchased. I wasn't expecting three, because the rest of the description given did not say anything about a multipack of glasses. Just be aware that it is only ONE pair you are purchasing of these lightweight glasses. ... show more

  • My natural vision worsened while using these.
Size: 3.5 x
Reading through the comments I noticed some people saying they were very blurry and others saying give them a chance they get better with use. I opted to give them a chance with use. At first my eyes seemed to be adjusting to the blurriness in the upper two fields but after a week and a half I saw that I could no longer see as well as I could before using them with my distance or my near sight. At first it seemed slight but my natural sight became more blurry as days using them passed so I stopped using them immediately went back to a different brand I had purchased earlier and my sight returned. Yes, these lenses are thicker than necessary and easily pull the glasses down your nose and off your face, needing lanyard. The lowet/bottom/reading level of these lenses is powerful and makes seeing better but like I said, the mid and upper/ media and distance levels of the lenses are blurry forcing your eyes to acclimate to a poor/bad focus that can harm your eyes. I do NOT recommend these. KEEP LOOKING for high RECENT RATINGS and consider the negative reviews. Now I'll be changing the lenses in these out and throwing these lenses in the trash, installing the lenses from a previous pair into these frames. That's as good as it gets without a refund. ... show more

  • Lightweight with a true zero magnification at top of lens
Size: 2.0 x
I've tried several readers and found common problems being a magnified top portion of the lens and poor materials. The Yimi progressive glasses seem like they would easily break but they have been my daily glasses for over a year and I've had no problems. No scratches, breaks, bends, or deformation. They are light weight and comfortable on the nose bridge and ears. When you take them out of the package you'll swear that they won't last but they will surprise you. ... show more

  • Lightweight 0 power to readers
Size: 1.5 x
While they are lightweight which I like and start at 0 power progressing to reading power without a line, the frame is pretty thin metal that doesn’t seem too sturdy. Or I should say the arms are thin since they are rimless. I have had them for a few weeks now and they still have an odd smell. A smell like something new plastic or rubber that I thought was just because it was sealed in plastic and would air out but it’s still there. Not as strong a smell now but it doesn’t seem like it will completely go away. ... show more

  • Not for everyday use, reading only.
Size: 3.5 x
Well maybe I did not understand the description correctly. It did say "Multi Focus, Progressives lenses" the problem I have have is the top half of the glasses are just plain glass, if I wear them for daily use I would have my head tilted up all day to focus on anything. I use a +3.25 for everyday use and a +3.50 for reading. I wrote and explained this to the seller, I am still waiting to hear back. ... show more

  • Comfortable and effective, a great value. Comfortable and effective, a great value.
Size: 1.0 x
The graduated (no line) multifocal feature of these readers make them perfect for computer work. I can read close up, and also see the computer screen in sharp focus much better than simple readers where I needed to look over the top of the lenses. Sturdy and well-made with a handy protective case.

  • Very impressive true-progressive lenses at low cost, but . . . lenses scratch easily! Very impressive true-progressive lenses at low cost, but . . . lenses scratch easily!
Size: 3.5 x
Let me begin by saying that I am both nearsighted and farsighted; I started wearing a pair of glasses with progressive lenses more than 25 years ago. They still are scratch-free and sturdy, but they now do not correct properly for the ongoing changes in my vision. I started using single-vision reading glasses for reading, computer, or mechanical work and struggled with distant vision. I yearned for affordable new progressive-lens glasses! Since comparable progressive lenses now cost in the range of $300-$600 I decided that I can't go wrong trying these. I was impressed . . . the lenses really do offer correction from the bottom (close viewing) to the top. I again can perfectly see my computer screen or my dashboard when driving I know my close-up vision is terrible, so I opted for one of the higher levels of magnification (+3.5). Unifocal lenses, however, make the entire view beyond the hood of my car a giant blur. With progressive lenses, however, I simply can look higher up through the lenses and see fairly clearly down the road or across the room. The only disappointment I have had with these glasses is that they seem much too susceptible to scratches! Like everybody who wears glasses, I have occasionally dropped each and every pair I have used. Whereas my 25-year-old expensive progressives have no scratches, I now have several scuff marks and scratches on these after less than a year. I just have to learn to be more mindful, but I also can be less vigilant because of the much lower relative cost to replace these. There are a couple of other noteworthy things! All progressive lenses require break-in periods!! The most important is the need to get used to blurriness in peripheral vision and other distortions that most people experience as odd, disorienting, and sometimes nauseating. Without any real effort, however, the eyes and brain accommodate, and most new wearers "never look back" through their old glasses. In addition, on a very positive note, I specifically chose this style of glasses because I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids on both sides. The very thin-but-sturdy earpieces on these glasses easily slide alongside hearing aids and each supports the other because the surfaces are not very slippery. In short, I have been using these new progressive lenses daily now for months. Most of the time I am unaware of them because they are so light and comfortable. Close vision is perfect, while I realize that I probably need a little more correction in the tops of the lenses. Interestingly, I now prefer reading glasses for computer work because I work with two displays and do not need peripheral vision correction when I am at my desk! ... show more
