This monitor arrived in a full-color retail box with the accessories I would expect, including a USB-C to USB-C cable and an HDMI to mini-HDMI cable. It does not include a carrying case. I own several portable monitors and usually purchase a separate case that has enough room to keep the monitor and all of its cables together when not in use. I have not experienced any compatibility or reliability issues. The monitor has been able to run directly from the USB-C ports on the devices I tested, without requiring a separate power connection. Connectivity has been straightforward, and I especially like that the USB-C ports are located on the right side instead of the left. The display quality and brightness are both about what I expected, with no complaints. The built-in menu system is easy to navigate, and the available settings are as good as, or perhaps slightly better than, those on several similar monitors I own. The built-in audio is functional and about what I would expect from a thin portable monitor. I am impressed that the kickstand is built directly into the monitor instead of being a separate cover or accessory. The integrated VESA mounting holes are another very useful feature and provide more installation options. I'm thankful that the kickstand isn't a separate item like it is for another monitor I have and that the buttons DO NOT stick out from the front asking to be broken, as they do on some of these. I do have a few minor complaints about the kickstand. I wish it could rotate through a wider range instead of being limited to approximately a 90-degree arc. A wider range would make it easier to use the monitor upside down when I need the ports positioned on the opposite side. The rubber pad on the kickstand foot could also be larger to provide a more secure grip. Detent points at several common angles would help the stand remain more firmly positioned. Overall, this is a well-built and portable monitor with good display quality, useful connectivity options, a convenient built-in kickstand, and VESA mounting support. The included accessories are sufficient, although a carrying case would have added value. The kickstand could use a few refinements, but the monitor has worked reliably and is easy to use.

This is a really excellent travel monitor. Note that it's not a monitor for daily desktop use and it's not a touch screen. The build quality is great and perfect for careful travel use. But if you want a monitor to take on rugged adventures, this might not be for you. It's very lightweight and will easily fit in a backpack, adding practically no weight. To support the monitor, there's a kickstand at the back which rotates, meaning you can use it in landscape or portrait mode. There are slots if you want to mount it with a standard VESA mount. Image quality is good, going to 1920 x 1200, Brightness and contrast are also good, though not as good as my MacBook's display. There's a speaker at the back, but I found the sound quality a bit disappointing. If I really wanted audio, I'd use headphones instead of the speaker. I connected this via the supplied USB C cable to my laptop, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. Notably, the monitor comes with a set of cables. The packaging is also really nice. My intended use is as a monitor extension for working on the road and it fits my needs: it's very lightweight, the resolution is high, and it connects immediately over USB-C,

This is my first portable monitor and so far, I am enjoying the experience. I like to bring a laptop with me when I travel but miss the screen real estate of my regular desktop on a small laptop screen, this sorts out that problem very nicely. Maybe even too nicely since this screen looks better than the little 14" laptop that I normally bring with me. Tested it in a few configurations, hooked up to my desktop HDMI with external power, it seems to need about 6w at the default settings so even a small 10,000mah battery would run this for hours. That's 1200p and 60hz. I guess higher refresh rate (this supports Freesync) would increase power draw but that's not what I do so that's not what I tested. The included mini (I think, maybe it's micro, not sure) HDMI cable is fine but either the port or the plug is causing it to be real snug. It goes in and comes out but it's not the usual level of retention I'm used to plugging things in. On my laptop with USB-C DP Alt Mode the monitor is powered by the laptop and works perfectly with a single connection. My laptop is pretty small and has a tiny little battery so using this in conjunction with a small PD enabled hub to give the system a little more power is likely a good idea. My laptop does have a barrel connector for power besides just powering through the USB port so I will likely use that to power the system and let it send power and video over to the monitor via USB-C. The monitor was instantly detected on Windows 10 and 11, defaulting to duplicate displays which can be easily changed. There is no IMU built into the monitor so if you want to change orientation you need to go into the windows display settings and do it manually. The stand is maybe good enough; I would have liked a little more rubber on the end to keep it in place but there is a small strip and the bottom of the monitor does have a couple rubber feet to help it stay put. It still slides a little though so maybe be careful. My only real complaint is that the price is just a little steep compared to other offerings. By now we have all seen nearly identical items that seem to be produced at the same factory and just boxed up with a different label that range in price from low to high. For other similar looking and speced portable monitors there are a fair few cheaper but also many more expensive. This is a fine monitor that would be amazing once it goes on sale a bit below the current $80ish dollars. My other small complaint is just that the bezzle around the unit I received was unsnapped a bit on the left side. I clicked it back in and it seems to be holding but I don't think most people would want to do QA for a new monitor they bought. Hopefully mine was a rare exception to their otherwise impeccable product. I will definitely be buying more of these. Next on my list to try is one of these with touch enabled.

I am a Software Engineer, so I love tech. I also love up play video games. So I though a portable IPS panel would be right up my alley. It delivered more than I could have have hoped for. Let's start with how the display looks. It is fantastic. The graphics and images are crystal clear. The colors pop out at you. It is a beautiful display for the cost. It also responds quickly, I did not notice much latency or input lag. It is super easy to use as well. You can use a single USB-C connection for power and video output or a mix of a power cord and a video cable. The stand is easy to use to place it and it nice and stable. Overall I did not have the highest expectations for a portable monitor at this price point. It really surprised me in a good way. It really over delivers in what you get versus how much it is.

I am extremely happy with this portable monitor. It has made my work setup so much easier and more convenient. The lightweight design makes it simple to carry anywhere, and it is very easy to set up and use. I love how quickly it connects and how effortless it feels to add extra screen space when I need it.
