This snow tube is perfect for pulling behind atv. The hard plastic bottom makes it robust to prevent punctures. The rope broke when the tube tried to go over a frozen dirt rut. I asked the company about a replacement shell and rope to buy and they sent us a new outer shell at no charge and wasn’t the products fault. Awesome company. Will buy another with this quality of service and awesome product. They also glide down snow hills fast as well.

I bought 2 of these for my son to take his kids sledding. He said they are almost frictionless on the soft snow and are nice and cushioned when going over packed snow and bumps. They are very heavy duty and the inner tube can be replaced, if necessary, into the sturdy cover and base. They just love them, and I know they'll be using them for many years. They were even delivered a full week earlier than expected.

It was big enough for 2 people and good quality of the product. Awesome sledding and it is really moving fast! We had a fun time with my family and this product does worth the price! Garbage. Total garbage. We've bought 2 tubes for kids last year and payed more than average tube cost. 1st tube began to leak air in the same season when we bought it. 2nd tube after storing it during summer season. When we've pumped tubes next season, all tubes were in cracks. Probably rubber is not very good quality. Contacted customer support, but they are useless. The response: buy a new tube. If you buying it, be ready to replace tube every year.

We had an issue with the stitching on the handle. It tore off almost as soon as we started pulling it. (Without a rider). The customer service was very quick and helpful. They replaced the outside cover for us. Overall the quality seems good. Just a sewing issue on the first one.

We were excited to get this sled having tried a similar one recently. Unfortunately upon inflating the inner tube, we discovered a tiny hole than meant a slow leak and an unusable sled. Customer service was excellent. They immediately sent a return label for the damaged tube. When I didn’t receive the replacement inner tube, I checked in again and they stated their surprise that a replacement hadn’t arrived and sent out another. We received that one, inflated it and had the best day of sledding all year! The kids were fighting over who got to use it while our old sleds sadly sat unused on the side of the hill. Thanks for the great product and great service, RIGMA!

I brought this for my daughter which is 10, she loved it. I received it and it arrived without any damage. Both the tube and shell are well made. I filled the tube after inserting it into the shell. It is well made and just as good as any you would find on any ski resort. If you are in the market for one I would definitely recommend it. This tube is great for kids as well as for an adult.
