The product unfortunately was damaged in shipping, no fault of seller tho. The item looked really solid, the box was so torn up it was literally taped back together in pieces - however only the rear wheel was damaged (think it might have been the disc brake but not positive). It is impressive it stood up to such bad shipping. Overall the scooter looked the part. Has great looking suspension, good lighting all over, easy setup and app integration which I did both of in no time. Sad I didn’t get to use it, however the experience with them was very good. I like the removable battery. Take it out before you put the scooter in your car and it makes it a little lighter to lift it in.

Just got it and tested it for 20minutes. Got a top speed of 33mph and I weigh 150lbs. The shocks absorb all the bumps and the brushless motor give it a quiet ride. Honestly anything faster than this and you start to lose control of the handle bars and it's not safe. this scooter hits the mark. Silent and smooth, recommend. *Update - got to 35mph max but the range is only like 20 miles or less, I am not getting good range at all. ... show more

The scooter is very nice looking and worked great for the first ride, After the 2nd ride, The scooter started to beep and smoke came out of under the battery area. The speed controller is in a sealed unit for water proofing but over heats and causes failure. I’m guessing the beeping is telling you it’s getting hot, it has no air flow and will bake for hours. Battery and motors say cool, But the design for the speed controller needs to be changed. Will be returning this scooter. ... show more
