They run small and I didn’t know so I sent them back after using them 1 time and new and very good condition they tried only giving me 19 dollars back out of almost a 300 dollar snow boot.

I where a size 10 ordered a size 11 and still to small. This is the second pair I ordered. Now they say I can’t return them ? Call customer service.
