These shorts are nice but I think they are over priced. They fit as expected, are comfortable, offer good stretch and ease of movement. The construction is good with no gaps or puckers in the seams and no loose threads. But in the end, they are just gym shorts and not really worth the price. I don't think they are good value.

I know it may sound sensational, but I absolutely love these shorts and they are by far the best shorts I have owned. I have tried numerous pairs from a number of other lifestyle/yoga brands that are similar, but none hold up well or are as comfortable. These shorts tick every box somehow and have survived quite a bit of use in such a short time. The quality of the shorts is superb. The main fabric is surprisingly lightweight but still durable. It has a slight stretch with incredible elasticity. Despite being water resistant, they offer good breathability aided by the fact that the material is so light. There is one zippered pocket. Typically, I don't like a zippered pocket because I don't usually use them and the zippers tend to rub up on me, but I don't have this issue here. The zipper is slim, hides within the fabric and is virtually unnoticeable otherwise. The pockets are deep and sturdy. The shorts have an excellent waistband that has shown no rolling or stretching. I always use the drawstring, which uses a flat type string that seems to hold up longer and is much more comfortable. On top of that, they look great and have a nice drop that is neither to short or too long, which makes these perfect for both exercise and every day wear. I have worn these at least 30-40 days in the past 4 months or so including multiple long day trips and outings with lots of activity and they still look brand new. I highly recommend them.

These Rhone Pursuit Shorts are very comfortable! The lightweight fabric is incredibly breathable, keeping me cool and unrestricted during workouts or just running errands. I have a really nice button down shirt from Rhone and now this - and I'm just as pleased with these shorts as I am with the shirt. I'm 5'10, ~160 and the mediums fit exactly as expected - not too tight and not too loose. I have slimmer legs, and I like these because they don't make them look like twigs. I also really like how lightweight the material is. It almost feels like you're not wearing anything, which is awesome when you're talking about being active in the 100+ degree Texas sun. Huge fan of Rhone. While you'll certainly pay more for them, I'm of the mindset that you should buy fewer nicer things that will serve you well for a long time. These definitely fit that bill.

The quality is really good (what you expect from a smaller company with fewer products), and they're very comfortable. I think the cut looks great on him! Not too long.
