I bought this after my old work horse tow strap broke after 20 years of service. This one is wider and thicker than my previous tow strap, and I recently had a chance to use it to recover a Toyota Highlander that had gotten stuck. It worked without any problems and I was able to get the Toyota back on the road. Rhino products seem to be well made, heavy duty, and well thought out. I expect this new tow strap will be a part of my off-road kit for years to come. One thing worth noting is that the tow strap only has loops on the ends, so you'll need shackles of some sort to connect to recovery points (unless your bumpers already have shackles). I opted to buy the Rhino shackles (also super heavy duty), and they work really well together with this strap.

This thing feels solid and heavy, like it will get the job done with no issues. So far have not had to use it, bought it for emergency use during winter driving. Like that it comes in a storage bag. Threw this in with my snow chain bag and should be good to go for emergency. Quality looks to really good, just the feel of it and weight. Good buy and good to be prepared.

Havnt used this yet but have owned several Rhino pieces of equipment and they're always quality and worth every penny and I'm sure this will do the same!

We used it 4-5 times and it worked pretty well. The last time we used it it suffered a catastrophic failure and shredded completely. We ended up using a 1" x 30' Kinetic rope for recovery without issue. One phone call and filling out a short online form and a week later a new strap one was in my hand from Rhino USA. They live up to their warranty promise. I do feel like this strap is better suited as a tow strap than a recovery strap. Kinetic ropes are far superior for recovery due to their stretch.

Took 1 star off because the “included” draw string bag was missing. Tow strap itself is good quality and seems heavy duty. Stitching is a little off and had several 4” threads I had to cut off but probably just cosmetic so I’d over look that but the missing bag is a bummer. Ordering another longer recovery strap That hopefully has the included bag that will hold them both.
