Color: 009 Speak Up
This is definitely one of the better liquid lipsticks I have tried by far. I've been trying out so many of them since wearing a mask. Most of them are awful-very drying and/or cakey, wear off too soon, all sort of problems. This one is very nice. I don't find it too drying, I won't go as far as to say that is not drying at all, it is slightly so, but not bad. It wears very, very well, and I don't get a lot of caking on the inner lip with it. It wears a long time, and I get very little to none wearing off on my mask. I bought 006, Eyes on You, which is a nice medium neutral brown-but-not-too-brown, it has enough of a pink or some undertone to it to keep it from being brown. And I have 009, Speak Up, which is a medium neutral pinky mauve, not Barbie or bubblegum pink by any means, just a neutral pink leaning warmer. Both are very easy to wear shades that could be called Neutral shades to wear easily with most things. I am sold on this formula, they did well with this.

Color: 009 Speak Up
Many of the negative reviews are misleading. This product is not being given a fair shot by many people. For this to work properly, you cannot have anything else under it. No balm, no chapstick, no oil, no nothing. Don't lick you lips before applying. Lips must be completely clean and dry. I have the most dry chapped lips and this product alone gives my lips just enough moisture they need. It works! Just give it more time to set since it's moisturizing. It can take anywhere from five to twenty minutes to become zero-transfer. Depending on how thick of a layer you apply, a thinner layer takes less time to set than a thicker layer. This isn't like the other drying formulas that set in two minutes. But I love that because this lipstick let's you retain some moisture. Once you apply it, don't mess with it, don't test it, just leave it alone. If applied correctly it will become zero transfer eventually. Your lips won't look dry, shriveled and cracked. This is a very flexible formula that leaves some shine, but if you want matte, wait till it sets and just blot the shine away with a tissue or just kiss the back of your hand and that will remove some shine. This is the best transfer proof lipstick ever made. I have super dry chapped lips, but I still always want to try liquid lipsticks because I hate how regular lipstick just smears right off onto cups, straws, etc. This lipstick stays on all day until I remove it, it was still there after tacos!

Color: 019 My Own Boss
See the photo: After a meal (Shortly after applying), a significant portion had come off already. Otherwise, I didn’t find the wand problematic the way that a lot of other reviewers did. The color went on smoothly and did not get all over the place, though it is quite sticky. It also does not feel dry or uncomfortable, the one definitely needs to let it dry. This may not be terribly important, but while the Revlon packaging is much more attractive, the Maybelline product works better.

Color: 009 Speak Up
Update: I bumped the rating up from 3 to 4 stars because this lipstick grew on me and I end up using it a lot. Like mentioned it is easy and not fussy to throw on, that’s what makes me gravitate towards wearing it often. The finish of the lipstick also grew on me (I was used to super matte dry finish) and now I don’t really mind it as much. I would recommend! I ended up getting multiple more colors, my favorite is “your go to” which is a beautiful medium neutral nude! I would recommend this to busy ladies and moms on the go! First off I was sent the WRONG COLOR. So annoying. I was sent the color “speak up” which is a medium pink color. The name satin ink is a little deceptive. This is like a long wear gloss stain. The swatches pictured are of the color freshly applied and then worn off. The finish is definitely tacky, which is annoying. On the plus side it’s very comfortable and not drying and lasts for a long time. It’s definitely NOT transfer proof. It will come off on whatever cups, straws, whatever you put your mouth on. I will probably try another color (the color I originally ordered) because I like that the formula lasts for a long time and is not drying on my lips. I ended up keeping the incorrect color they sent me because the pink color is nice and different than what I normally wear. The formula reminds me a bit of a high end YSL gloss stain I’ve tried before. L’Oréal also has a similar product to this I’ve tried. I have a love hate relationship with this product. It has pros and cons. I normally wear matte liquid lipsticks but I will be using this product for days my lips are dry and I haven’t exfoliated them. The application is pretty easy to do, even while in the go. I normally use a lip liner with matte liquid lipsticks, but I didn’t need one with this. The wand is a nice size and shape. This is a nice product to grab and run out the door on the go because it doesn’t require a lot of fooling with. I often times grab this and throw it in my bag when I’m running to the store so I can throw it on in the car. It’s always a plus to have a lip product like that when you have kids because sometimes us moms are busy lol! If I could give it 3.5 stars I probably would, only because the finish is tacky and I don’t feel it has a satin finish like advertised.

This hippie goes on well and has a satin look to it, not dried out. I purchased Partner In Crime because I was looking for a pinkie-brown shade. This was not what I was looking for. This shade has some orange tinge to it. Unfortunately, I can't return it. Waste of money. Next time I'll be extra careful regarding return policies.

The color was fantastic. I bought two different colors, but only tried one because it only lasted as long as it took to lick my lips. It was not a color that stayed at all as the name implies. It simply wiped off with a tissue. I’m really disappointed in Revlon and I’m disappointed in Amazon for the no refund, even on an unopened lip color.

I couldn’t believe it was still on after dinner. It was a little tacky feeling at first, but that feeling didn’t last, although the color did! You can get 8+ hours out of this and it won’t bleed or come off on your mask.
