Before buying, I was skeptical, $38 for a lip balm? I am not the type of person to spend that much on a "simple" beauty product, but the reviews were excellent and I have tried EVERY top rated lip product for chapped lips. Nothing worked, and especially as a mouth breather living in a dry winter climate, my lips were in agony. Peeling, red, so dry despite me having various lip balms with me everywhere I go. I put this on the day I received it and noticed how ultra thick it is, and it stays on. I've been applying it at night before bed and a very thin layer in the morning, and after using it only 48 hours, my chapped lips are gone. They are smooth and look freaking normal again and I am so happy I want to cry. Forget every other chapped lip balm, scrub, or remedy. This product is worth it, and the only one you need.

My lips get severely chapped in the winter. Peeling, cracking, bleeding… you name it. I have tried everything from straight up Vaseline to the high end lip masks from Sephora. Nothing has worked as well as this product. I’ve purchased two tubes so far and will continue to repurchase. Like other reviews have said, it is thick and sticky so I mostly just apply at night. I love that it lasts til the morning! I wake up with perfectly soft, hydrated lips. I do find that it plumps slightly but there’s no tingly feeling. I occasionally apply during the day if I’m feeling extra dry. It makes for a pretty gloss and definitely enhances my natural lip color. This is the best product for chapped lips and is 100% worth the money.

My lips are as dry as the desert especially in the winter. I have a humidifier on every night. I’ve tried the tatcha lip mask, the Laniege, vasoline, etc etc everything just made me feel like I needed to re apply all day. The revision is the only thing that has actually FIXED my lips. 10/10 highly recommend.

Used morning and night for 3 weeks. No visible change to lines around the lips. But, looks great over lipstick and lasts several hours. Extremely thick.

I have chronically dry lips and have tried literally every lip gloss/balm/treatment you can think of! From drugstore to high end! This is literally the ONLY one that works… I just hate how expensive it is :( but I will have to keep buying because it’s the only think that’s Can keep my chapped lips moist.

This is a great product & worth the price. The first pic is w/o the 2nd pic of course is with & the last pic (sort of zoomed out) is about an hr plus later after breakfast & coffee ! It works & keeps working...yes it is a bit sticky but not anymore than many other products with much less longevity. Give it a try 😉

I struggled over the rating to give this product (Revision Skincare YouthFull Lip Replenisher), because I hate it. The positive: (1) It's very glossy. (2) It plumps a little. (3) It's long lasting. I don't know how well it works on chapped lips (bought it this spring but didn't try it until this summer). The negative: (1) It's rather thick for day wear in public. (2) My lips look moisturized while it's on, but they seem dryer after it wears off. I don't see any extended benefit. The killer: It's so sticky I can't stand it. If it gets on something besides your lips, like a cup, it's hard to get off and will be transferable to other things and hard to get off them, for instance, your fingers. My husband (reasonably) complains. If you try it and you are, like me, a side or stomach sleeper, I suggest you don't put it on before going to bed the first time you try it because of the risk that it will get on your pillowcase. Ok, why four stars overall? It does do at least some of the things it promises. If you don't object to the stickiness, it should be ok. Partly because it's expensive, I have kept using it and intend to finish, or try to finish, the tube, which is currently about 3/4 used up. The more I wear it, the more I dislike it. Four stars is what my rating would have been if I'd quit using it after the first few days. I thought it better to explain fully than to rate it down because of my personal long-term reaction.
