If you're like me, you love that these reusable balloons aren't just single use but you hate the typical small magnets around small children. Enter in these! They are great in that they're still reusable but instead of needing magnets to close up they just snap into place as they're one single piece. That being said, they don't feel quite as secure as the ones with magnets but I do feel so much better and I feel like my little ones are safer. So a small tradeoff and honestly, the little ones just want to get wet anyway! So a little leaking here or there does no one any harm!

The media could not be loaded. I would have LOVED these as a kid, and my kids certainly loved playing with them. They are super easy fill with one hand and fill up in just a second or two if you hold them underwater and give them a gentle squeeze. They are also easy to throw since they hold together well enough to fly well. However, they don't empty completely when they hit so they can hit kind of hard. I think for little kids these would be great, but for older kids that can throw hard they might hurt. They did work as expected, and I like that we didn't have to pick up broken balloon pieces after playing with these. I think these might be great, or not depending on who will use them, and your sensitivity to getting hit by somewhat firm water balls.

I am absolutely in love with my other silicone reusable balloons, with the magnetic seals. Those are my favorite, overall. While I do believe that any kind of water play with toddlers should be supervised, I do think that these are a good alternative set for parents who are concerned about the small magnets in the other design. While I prefer the ease of function of the other design, these are still pretty good! They still fill, and they still burst. They just take a second or so longer to fill, and they don’t have the tight seal. I still give all if the stars, because they’re good for different audiences. If you’re running a club or daycare that is putting on an event for little kids, or you have little ones that are pretty sneaky about putting things in their mouths, despite supervision, this is the set you’re looking for.

These reusable water balloons fill easily and should withstand much abuse, but that's where the pros end. When thrown they collapse in the hand, causing the opening flap to leak. They immediately start to lose water as they're being thrown. They are slightly harder than a regular water balloon, so they have more potential to cause pain. And they don't deliver much water upon impact. It seems like less of a poor execution of the idea, and more of a poor idea in the first place. Just use balloons, or play with these in the pool knowing they don't work the same as good-old-fashioned water balloons.

We're a big water balloon family and usually use the ones that fill up all at the same time, but they're so expensive. These are great, and the hole to fill them up is at the top. The other ones we have open in the middle, so you're only able to fill the balls halfway. These fill all the way up! Great for a summer of fun!
